Scaled competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Tools and Equipments for Refrigeration and A. C. Mechanic Trade to I. T. I. , Kannur .
Items-Various equipments like Refrigerator , Absorption Refrigerator , Water cooler, Window A/C, Car AC Kit , Open type Compressor, Different types of Hand tools, Measuring Instru- ments, Accessories, Ceiling Fan etc. (81 items) Cost of tender forms :
Original Rs . 400 + 12.5 % Tax .
Duplicate-Rs . 200+ 12.5 % Tax .
Last date and time of sale of tender form- 26-9-2007, 3 р.m.
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tenders- 27-9-2007 , 3 p . m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tenders- 28-9-2007, 11 a , m .
The cost of tender forms will be accepted only by cash or Money Order . Sealed tenders should be superscribed with tender number and date and addressed to " The Principal , I. T. I. Kannur, Thottada, Kannur- 7, Kerala State' Late tenders will not be accepted , One percent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit . Tender in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be considered . Validity period of price quoted should be three months from the date of opening of tenders , otherwise tenders will be rejected.
