SHORT TENDER NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of equipments for the use of Electronics and Digital Lab of EPT Department of Government Polytechnic College, Kalamassery .
No. D1 /2772/2007 .
13th July 2007 .
Tenders sealed with sealing wax are invited for the supply of consumables for Electrical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Thrissur .
Tenders should be superscribed as the "Tender for the supply of equipments for the Use of Electro- nics andDigital Lab of EPT Department " and addressed to "The Principal , Government Polytechnic College, Kalamassery, Aluva-4 , Kerala, Pin-683 104, so as to reach the same on or before 4-9-2007, 1 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be openedat 2 p . m . on 4-9-2007 in thepresence of the tenderers or their representatives who may be present ar that time.
for Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D1/29 /2007-08 for the supply of consumables Electical Engineering Department and addressed to Principal , GovernmentGovernmen Engineering College, Thrissur , Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 31-8-2007, 2 p . m . The tenders will be opened at 11 a . m . on 1-9-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form from the Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur on cash remittance ofRs.169 the price fixed for the requisite tender form. Duplicate form if required will be issued at Rs . 113 per copy . Tender forma are transferable . The sale of tender form will be closed at 12 Noon on 31-8-2007 . not Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned, obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (Rs . Four hundred and fifty only) which are the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The value ofthe tender form includes ST & AST . The tender forms are not transferable . Tender forms can be obtainedby post by sendinging money order of Rs . 480 (Rupees Four hundred and eighty only) for original . Cheques , Drafts , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will be the form sentby V.P.P. Sale of tender form will be closed at 3 p.m. on 3-9-2007.
Earnest Money @ Rs . 1% of the total cost ofarticles should be enclosed with each tender .
Cost oftender forms should be remitted either in cash or by money order Rs . 169+ 32 ( postal chorses) . No other payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be sent by VPP .

ദർഘാസുകൾ 82000. 450 രൂപയ്ക്ക് പോളിടെക്നിക് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ടോ 55 480 രൂപയ്ക്കു ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലായോ ലഭിക്കുന്ന അംഗീകൃത നികുതികൾ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ ขาย കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . താണ് . 800 ദർഘാസ് വാങ്ങിയ ആളുടെ പേരിൽത്തന്നെ അഘാ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ചെക്ക് , (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ വി , പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കു ന്നതോ അ ed . ദർഘാസുകൾ 3-9-2007-ാം തീയതി 3 മണിവരെ ലഭ്യമാണ് .
