M. G., Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at the due date and time noted in column No. 9 above in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-33 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by the price fixed for the form in cash or money order and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed 24 hours before the time fixed for opening of tenders. Cheque, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will be forms send by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at the price fixed for.
All tenders should be accompanied by Solvency Certificate and EMD for the amount noted in column 6 and 7 above.
The solvency certificate shall be obtained from the Tahsildar of the Taluk in which the tenderer resides and the date of which shall be after the date of issue of tender notification. Tenders without preliminary agreement, Solvency Certificate and EMD will be rejected outrightly.

ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും കരാറിന്റെ സ്വഭാവവും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മുകളിൽ കോളം 9-ൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന തീയതികളിൽ നി›ിത സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസുകാരുടേയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ വ്യ‡ികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വേ≠വർ ഫാറത്തിന് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വില സഹിതം മണിയോർഡർ ആയോ പണമായോ തിരുവനന്തപുരം സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിന് ഇരുപത്തിനാല് മണിക്കൂർ മുമ്പ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ ര≠ാം പകർപ്പ് വേ≠വർക്ക് നി›യിച്ച വിലയ്ക്ക് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. മുകളിൽ 6, 7 എന്നീ കോളങ്ങളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള സോൾവെൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരി ക്കണം. ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യംചെയ്ത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ദർഘാസുകാരൻ താമസിക്കുന്ന താലൂക്കിലെ തഹശീൽദാർ നൽകിയ സോൾവെൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സോൾവെൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഹാജരാക്കിയിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ദർഘാ സുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
