Department, Pazhaveodu P.O. , Alappuzha -9 , Kerala not be State. Late tenders will not be accepted . Tender forms will not be send by VPP . The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender forms will refunded. Sale of tender form will be closed at 1p . m. on 5-9-2007.
Sealed tenders are invited for the execution ofOpen Well Drinking Water Supply Scheme at Pooppankara Colony in Ward- 14 of Mulakkuzha Grama Panchayat under Chengannur Block Panchayat Vikasanam-2006-07. Kerala

The tenders duly filled should reach the undersigned on or before 5-9-2007, 3 p . m. and it will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p . m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised agents.
Description ofwork Drinking Water Supply Scheme for Chengannur Block Panchayat at Peoppankara Colony in Ward- 1+Mulakkuzha Grama Panchayat -Open Well Contruction using rubble work and CC rings and 30000 liters ground level masonry water tank as per sketch and specification , Laying of pipe lize, Erection of pump and pump house, Laying of Pumping main, including tap connection, Electrification and pumping
water to the tank for arranging distribution. Estimate amount (PAC )-Rs. 6,42,150.
E. M. D. 2.5%
Cost of tender form:
Original-Rs. 850+VAT.
Duplicate-Rs. 400-4-VAT .
Period of completion- 2 Months .
The tenderers should be executing a preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 with each tender. Stamp paper will be supplied to the firms outsideKerala along with the tender form on payment ofRs . 100 (Rupees hundred only) including the postal charge, which may be remitted as money orders or in cash directly along with the cost of tender form. EMD along with the tender form as Demand Draft in favour of the District Officer , Ground Water Department , Pazhaveedu P. Ο.. Alappuzha-9 payable at Alappuzha . If the last day of the date of opening of the tender turns to be a holiday, the next working day will be taken as tho lastworking day of opening of tender . The works shouldbe completed within two months after the receipt of the work order.
The tenders should be superscribed with tender number and name of work in each sealed cover and addrestedto the District Officer , Ground Water The District Officer is empowered to cancel or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof. All the conditions applicable the Government tender willbe applicable to this tender also to

ചെങ്ങന്നൂർ ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് കോട്ട വികസനം 2006-07 പ്രകാരം മുളക്കുഴ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ വാർഡ് 14-ൽ ഉള്ള പുപ്പാ കോളനിയിൽ തുറന്ന കിണർ കുടിവെളള നടത്തുന്നതിന് അംഗീകത കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. arlesim

കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ 50 രൂപ ( അൻപത് രൂ മാത്രം) മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാ സിമനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടാന്ന് , കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തു നിന്നുള്ള സഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കും വ്യക്തികൾക്കും മുമ പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ പത്ര വിലയും തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജും ഉപ്പ 100 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായോ പണമായോ ദർഘാസ് വിലയേയാടൊപ്പം അടയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ വ്യഥപ്പത്രം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതാണ് .
രാസിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന നിറതഭവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 2.5 % ജില്ലാ ആഫീസർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ്, ആലപ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ആലപ്പുഴയിൽ മാറാവുന്നവിധം ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി മാഘാസി നോടപ്പം നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അവധിയാകുന്നപക്ഷം തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദിവസം ജോലിയുടെ വിവരം -2006-07 )دهم മുളക്കുഴ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ വാർഡ് 140 000 പൂപ്പത്തു കോളനിയിൽ ദബിളും സി . സി . റിംഗ്‌സും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തറന്ന കിണർ നിർമ്മിച്ച് പമ്പ്, പ മുതലായവ ഘടിപ്പിച്ച് 330,000 απσκά സംഭരണശേഷിയുള്ള മേസനറി വാട്ടർ ടാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും പൈപ്പ് ലറ്റ് വ്യാപനം നടത്തി വൈദ്യുതികണക് ഷൻ സ്ഥാപിച്ച ' പൊതു ടാപ്പുകളിലൂടെ കുടിവെള്ള നടത്തുന്നതവരെയുള്ള ജോലികൾ . വിതരണം
അടങ്കൽ തുക രൂപ 6,42,150.
ചെയ്യുന്നതിനു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അന്നുമുതൽ രണ്ട് മാസത്തിനകം പ്രസ്തുത നിർമ്മാണ ജോലി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്ന തിനോ ഉളള അവകാശം ജില്ലാ ആഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത കോള സർക്കാരിന്റെ 25 ഘസകരള സംബന്‌ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്‌ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും "прошльвост".
