മദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പി സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് മാഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 700 രൂപ + മൂല്യവർദ്‌ധിത നികുതി ( നിയമാനുസൃതം ) നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോറ് 400 രൂപ വർദ്‌ധിത നികുതി (നിയമാനുസത ) നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ശാൺൻറം സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽ നിന്നും നോട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ഫാറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി 1000+ (ഡ്രാഫ്‌റാ" , പോസ്‌ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാലി സ്‌റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി.പി , ആയി ഫാദം അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൻ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്‌റോജ് ചിലവിനുള്ള 32 സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ മദ്ഘാസ് രജിസ് റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത മാണ്. 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കോള സർക്കാർ മുപ്പത ത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെഷറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിടത വ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന PAL മണിയോർഡർ 5-9-2007 മണിയോർഡർ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ . കുപ്പണിയ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ സൂക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പി Gem"

Plates required in the Printing Department for the year 2007-08 is invitededbyby the undersigned.undersign The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 12-9-2007 at 1 p . m. and the same willbe opened at 4 p . m . on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs. 700+ VAT as admissible for original form and Rs . 400+ VAT as admissible for duplicate. Cheque , Demand Drafis , Postage Stamps Postal ordersetc. will notbe accepted towards the costof forms nor will the formsbe sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms byRegistered post subject to a cash payment by M.O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 1 p . m . on 12-9-2007. An agreement in Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 5-9-2007 and the purpose of sensling Monzy Order should be specified in M.O. coupon clearly. Late tenders, tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 will not be accepted on any account ,
അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിനു പണ്ണിംഗ് കോൺട്രാക്‌ട്‌ അടിസ്‌ഥാനത്തിിൽ 2007-08 പി.എസ് . സ്റ്റോറുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ഘാസുകൾ 12-9-2007 ഒരു മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതു , это" അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ອສາຍລະເນ ຫານ 19/2007-08 Tagدول വിതരണം സംബന്‌ധിച്ച " എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തി രിക്കണം, താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാര കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
