SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. P2/1640/2007/GEC.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following items to Government EngineeringCollege, Barton Hill, Tharuvananthapuram.
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P2/1648/07/GEG due on 14-9-2007, 11 a.m. and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 13-9-2007 at 3 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders willbe opened at 11 a.а. од 14-9-2007 in the presence of sach tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be prosent at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Applications for the tender form should be accompanied by remittance of Ra. 169 (150 + 12.5%) which is the price fixed for the same and which is non- refundable under any circumstances. The teader forras are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed on 13-9-2007, 2 p . m. Cheques, Stamps , Draft cit . will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will the forms be sentby V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued at the rate of Rs. 113(100+12.5%) percopy.
As per tender condition the tenderer should send alongwin his tender aa agreement executed and siguod in Kerata Scamp Paper of value of Rs. 50 and an EMD 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered, Tenders without agreement and EMD willbe rejected.
Those who want the tender formby post should send Rs . 50by Money Order to the undersigned. คณะอนவச സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി 2/1648 /07 / M , ഇ . സി . , തീയതി 24-7-2007 ഇവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗ സഥന" 13-9-2007, 3മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് സമർപ്പി сленгвтот" . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ഭർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല, ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-9-2007 .. തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് നിയമമനുസരിച്ച് ദർഘാസ സമർപ്പിക്കു മ്പോൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സമ്മതപത്രവും 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . സമ്മതപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല , ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാൽവഴി ആവശ്യമുളളവർ 219 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡർ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ് , ബാർട്ടൺഹിൽ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനിക്കാർക്ക് കേരള മുപ്പേത്രം ആവശ്യ മാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 60 രൂപ കൂടി അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D1-24/2007-08 for the supply of Leg operating shearing machine and water cooler for Mechanical Engineering Department and addressed to the Principal , Governmeat Engineering College , Thrissur, Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 14-9-2007 , 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 15-9-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who maybe present at that time.
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form from the Principal, Government Engineering College, Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs . 169 the price fixed for the requisite tender form . Duplicate form if required will be issued at Rs . 113 per copy. Tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 14-9-2007 .
Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in cash or by Money Order Rs . 169-432 (Postal charge No other payments through cheques, postage stamps, Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, The forms will not be sent by V.P.P.
