SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase and removal of used Gunnysacks and Plastic Sacks from various stores of Stationery Department and Government Presses all over Kerala during 2007-08.
Tender No. 95/2007-08.

Duplicate Rs . 208 .
Last date and time for sale of tender forms- 15-9-2007, 3 p. m.
Last date and time for receipt of tenders-17-9-2007, 12Noon.
Date and time of opening of tenders- 17-9-2007, 3 p.m.
The tenders shall have the superscription "Tender No. 95/2007-08 for the Contract for used Gunnysacks and Plastic Sacks 2007-08 " and should be addressed to the "Controller of Stationery, P. M. G. Junction , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 033 " by registered post . Each tender shouldbe accompanied and E.M.D. for Rs . 5,000 and a Solvency Certificate for Rs . 50,000 . The Solvency Certificate shall be obtained from the Tahsildar of the Taluk in which the tenderer resides and the date of issue of the Solvency Certificate should be after the date of issue of this notification. Tenders without Solvency Certificate, Preliminary agreement and EMD will be rejected out rightly. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened by the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram or any officer authorized by him in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers , on application to the Controller of Stationery, P. M. G. Junction , Thiruvananthapuram - 695 033 may obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted.
Application for the tender form shouldbe accompanied by a cash remittance of the cost fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps , Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sentby V.P.P. Tender forms and other details can be obtained from the office of the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram .
സ്റ്റേഷനറി വകുപ്പിൻ്റെ വിവിധ സ്റ്റോറുകളിലും കേരളമൊട്ടാകെയുള്ള സർക്കാർ പ്രസ്സുകളിലും 2007-08 കാലയളവിൽ ഉണ്ടാകാനിടയുള്ള ഉപയോഗം കഴിഞ്ഞ ചണച്ചാക്കുകൾ പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക്ക് ചാക്കുകൾ എന്നിവയുടെ ശേഖരം കരാർ പ്രകാരം വാങ്ങി നീക്കംചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 17-9-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും- 17-9-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് കവറിനുപുറത്ത് 2007-08 - ലെ ചണച്ചാക്കുകൾ , പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് ചാക്കുകൾ എന്നിവയുടെ കരാറിനായുള്ള ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 95 / 2007-08 എന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം 5,000 രൂപയുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50,000 രൂപയുടെ സോൾവെൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകാരൻ വസിക്കുന്ന താലൂക്കിലെ തഹശീൽദാർ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളതും ഈ പരസ്യം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതിനുശേഷം നൽകപ്പെട്ടതുമായിരിക്കണം സോൾവെൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് . സോൾവെൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യവുമില്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ ( രജി‌സ്ട്രേഡ് തപാലിൽ ) സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ , പി.എം.ജി. ജംഗ്ഷൻ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -33 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ്. നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധിയുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ വച്ച് നിശ്ചയിച്ച സമയം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
കരാർ ഏറ്റെടുക്കാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ , പി.എം.ജി. ജംഗ്ഷൻ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -33 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻ്റെ വില പണമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. ചെക്ക് , ഡി ഡി . , പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളും കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങളും സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
