Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 23rd July 2007.

S. R. O. No. 757/2007 . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 6 of the Keraja Coir Workers Welfare Fund Act , 1987 (34 of 1987), the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri . P. A. Roy, Under Secretary, Industries (E) Department as Director, representing Government in place of Smt . Sabina Lobo , Under Secretary , Industries (E) Department in the Kerala Coir Workers Welfare Fund Board reconsti- tuted as perNotification No. 27721 / E1/06 / ID dated the 15th February , 2007 and published 25 S. R. O. No. 163/2007 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 327 dated the 21st February 2007 and make the following further amendment to the said Notification , namely:

AMENDMENT

In the schedule to the said notification , under the heading " II. Directors representing the Government " , for entries againu serial number 1 , the following entries shall he substituted, namely:-

"Sri . P. A. Roy,

Under Secretary,

Industries (E) Department ."

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification , but is intended to indicate its general purport.)

Government have decided to include Sri P. A. Roy, Under Secretary, Industries ( E) Department as Director in Kerala Coir Workera Welfare Fund Board , as Smt. Sibins Lobo , Under Secretary has been transferred.

This notification is intended to achieve the abova object .
