The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course .
According to the existing procedure revaluation ofanswer script is not allowed . But answer scripts will be re-checked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks to the various answers , if the prescribed fee of Rs.10 (Rupees ten only) per paper is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051- PSC - 105-State- PSC - 99- Examination Fee". The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for re-checking. Such applications addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission , District Office, Krishna Hospital Building , M. G. Road, Ernakulam , Pin-682 011 should reach the District Office within 30 days from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.
The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
In the case of candidates who submit application for re-checking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded for the several questions will be re-checked and if it is found that omissions to award marks to a question the paper will be got re- checked and discrepancies will be rectified . The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidate from this office .

of required Non -Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community and will be considered as Open Competition candidates . The Register Numbers candidates who are liable to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes and who fail to produce the Non- Creamy Layer Certificates , shall be deleted from the Short List without further notice .
The date, time and place of practical test (Driving Test) will be fintimated to the candidates in due course.
The following are the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for Practical Test (Driving Test ) for selection to the post of Driver Grade II (Heavy Duty Vehicles) on Rs . 3050-5230 in Various Departments ( except NCC , Tourism, Excise , Police and Transport) in Malappuram District (Category No. 52/2002 ) notified in the Gazette dated 23-4-2002 based on the Objective Type Test held on 5-11-2003 . The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate the respective rank on the basis of the Objective Type Test . The Short List is provisional subject to the procedure to be followed for implementation of the Supreme Court Judgement dated 13-12-1999 on Creamy Layer and alteration of the Supplementary Lists to meet the requirements ofreservation as provided in Rules 14 to 17 ofKS & SSR .
Prefix the letter 'M' to all Register Numbers to indicate Malappuram District .

A period of one month's time each for re-checking will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of publication of Short List and Ranked List . Candidates can avail only one chance either after the publication of Short List or after the publication of Ranked List. The application for re-checking together with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Malappuram within 30 days from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission . Application for re- checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained . The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Note:-( 1 ) This is a unified short list combining both
Main and Supplementary Lists . The candi- dates who have obtained 82 Marks and above have been included in the Main List of this Short List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities .
Inthe case of candidates who make applica- tions for re-checking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipts as stated above , the marks awarded by the examiner for the several questions will be re-checked and if it is found that the examiner has omitted to award marks to a question or the sub-division of a question, the paper willbe got re -checked and discrepancies rectified by the examiner .
