തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കണ്ണാശുപത്രിയുടെ ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്ക് താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഉപകരണം നൽകുന്നതിലേക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Sealed Tenders are invited for the supply of the Item to the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Government Ophthalmic Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram.

Name of Equipment—Phacoemulsifier—2 Nos.
Cost of Tender form:
Original—Rs. 700 + ST.
Duplicate—Rs. 400 + ST.
The tenders should be superscribed due at 11 am. on 25-9-2007 and addressed to the Director, Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Government Ophthalmic Hospital, Red Cross Road, Thiruvananthapuram-695 037. Last date of receipt of tender is at 11 a. m. on 25-9-2007. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 11.30 am. on 25-9-2007 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenders may on application to the Director, Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Red Cross Road, Thiruvananthapuram-695 037 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of rupees noted against each tender which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 3 pm. on 24-9-2007. Cheque, Postage Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender form, if required, will be issued at rupees noted against each tender.
Detailed specifications and special conditions will be available with the tender form.
