Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of One Number Digital Angiography for the Department of Ophtalmology, Medical College, Thrissur. The tender should be superscribed ''Tender No. 63/2007-08/MCTCR. for the supply of Digital Angiography and addressed to the Principal, Medical College, Thrissur. The last date fixed for the receipt of tender is at 1 p. m. on 25-9-2007 and opening is at 3 p. m. on 25-9-2007. Sale of tender from will be closed on 24-9-2007. The cost of tender form is Rs.790 and duplicate copy is Rs. 450. The tender form is not transferable. Only Money Order will be accepted towards the cost of tender form till 20-9-2007.Rs. 50 should be sent additionally if needed by post. Further details can be had from the office of the undersigned.
തൃശ്ശൂർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലെ ഒപ്ത്താൽമോളജി ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ഡിജിറ്റൽ ആൻജിയോ ഗ്രാഫി—1 എണ്ണം സപ്ളൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി തയ്യാറുളള വരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസുകൾ നമ്പർ 63/07-08/മെ.കോ.തൃ. എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ്, തൃശ്ശൂർ, മുളംകുന്നത്തുകാവ്-680 596 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 25-9-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി അയച്ചുതരേ≠തും ആകുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ബന്ധ പ്പെട്ടവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതും ആണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 790 രൂപ. ഡ്യൂപ്ളിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 450 രൂപ. ഫാറം വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്ന തീയതി 24-9-2007. മണിയോഡർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-9-2007, 4 മണി. ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നുള്ളവർ 50 രൂപ ചേർത്ത് മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് ഓഫീസുമായി പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടുക.
Sealed competitive tenders in the prescribed forms are invited from the manufacturers or authorized distributors for the purchase of various items to various departments of Medical College, Calicut. The envelope containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No....................................... for the supply of .......................... Due on ............................. (as indicated in the statement below) and should be addressed to the Principal, Medical College, Calicut-673 008. Belated tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 am. on the date specified below against each tenders in the presence of such tenderers or thier authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Intending tenderers can obtained tender forms directly or by on registered post on payment by money order from the Principal, Medical College, Calicut. Each tenderers should send along with the tender an agreement signed and excecuted in Kerala Government Stamp paper worth Rs. 50 and EMD @ 1% of the total cost of the items tendered for.
