SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. C-56/2007. 6th August 2007.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Machineries/Equipments for the Printing Technology Course at GVHSS (Boys), Kunnamkulam, Thrissur.
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. 1/2007-08 the supply of Machineries/equipments for the Printing Technology course and addressed to the Principal, Govt. Vocational Higher Secondary School (Boys), Kunnamkulam, Thrissur. The last date for the receipt of tender is 1-10-2007, 4 p.m. The late tenders are not accepted. The office has no responsibility in postal delay. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 3-10-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. If the date receiving and opening the tender form is declared as a holiday, these will be done on the next working day.
Tender forms can be had from the Principal, Govt. Vocational Higher Secondary School (Boys), Kunnamkulam, Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs. 400 + Tax. Tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender forms will be closed on 1-10-2007.
Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in cash or money order. The forms will not be sent by V.P.P. The offer should be valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening of tender. No advance payment will be given. Tenders without EMD will not accepted.
Date upto which the rates are to be firm—31-3-2008.
SCHEDULE
Period within which good should be supplied—
Immediately on receipt of supply order.
Rate should be quoted for delivery—Inclusive of delivery, Installation and trail running at G.V.H.S.S. (Boys) Kunnamkulam Printing Technology Lab by firms own responsibility.
Make/Brand name of the item should be quoted.
Payment after delivery, verification/installation and trail running on the printing Technology Lab.
Guarantee period should be specified.
Notes.—Preliminary agreement as per clauses 33 of General condition of tender is to by executed on Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs. 50 orders without the following documents will be rejected without further notice.
(a) Prescribed tender form (original) purchased from this office.
(b) EMD 1% of the tender value (as per rules).

നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഇല്ലാതെ സർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല. വൈകി കിട്ടുന്നതും അപൂർണ്ണവുമായ ടെ≠റുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തപാലിൽ വരുന്ന കാലതാമസത്തിന് ഓഫീസ് ഉത്തരവാദിയാകുന്നതല്ല.

കുറിപ്പ്:—പ്രാധമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ിന്റെ ജനറൽ ക≠ീഷൻ ക്ലോസ്-33 പ്രകാരം 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
