SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the
following spares.

The tender should be superscribed "Cutting knives due on 4- 10-2007" and addressed to the Managing Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society, Kakkanad P. O., Kochi-682 030. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 5-10-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Last date of receipt of the tender is 4-10-2007, 5 p.m.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Managing Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society, Kakkanad P. O., Kochi-682 030 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 728 which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 3-10-2007. Cheques, postage stamps etc. will not be ac- cepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs. 416 per copy.
