In exercise ofthe powers conferred by semion 3 of the NotariesAct , 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub -rule ( 4) of rule 8 and rule 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956 , the Government of Kerala hereby extend the area of Pratice already assigned to Sri M. K.Mohammed, Advocate, 11/786, Chandini , Town Hall Road, Palakkad, in and throughout Palakkad Municipality in the Revenue District of Palakkad with effect from 2-3-2003 vide Notification No. 2+3 /H4/06/Law, dated 8-8-2006 to the entire Revenue District of Palakkad with effect from 23-6-2007 and upto 1-3-2008 with Register No. 13/97/PLKD .
In exercise of the powery conferredby sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of of nile 8 ofthe Notaries Rules, 1956 , the Government of Kerala hereby re -appoint Smt . S Secna, Advocate, Hari Nivas, Opposite Boys High School , Pertah, Thiruvananthaparam as a Notary for a turther period of five years with effect from 5-7-2007 in the area comprising in the Revenue District of Thiruvanantha- puram with Register No. 66/ 97/TVPM.

A. Hakeem Shah , Advocate , House No.44/320, Kaloor P. O. , Ernakulam , Kochi - 17 in Kochi Corporation in the Revenue District of Ernakulam for five years with effect from 12-10-2002 vide Notification No. 16012 /H4/06/ Law dated 25-11-2006 to the entire Revenue District of Ernakulam with effect from 30-5-2007 and upto 11-10-2007 with RegisterNo. 13 /99 / ΕΚΜ .
