ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം സർക്കാർ 16-1-1987- . . ( 0 ) 16/87 . . നമ്പർ കോഴിക്കോട് ലാൻറ് അക്വിസിഷൻ ഓഫീസ 1894 -ലെ സ്‌ഥലമെടുപ്പ് ആക്ട് ( 1894 - ലെ 1-ാം കേന്ദ്ര ആക്ട് ) -ന് വിധേയമായി ഒരു കളക‌്‌ടറുടെ ചുമതല നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിന് നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതിനാലും ;
കേരള സർക്കാർ 28-6-2006 -ലെ ജി . ഒ . ( ആർ . ടി . ) നമ്പർ 457 / 06 / പി . ഡബ്ള്യു . ഡി . നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം ഇതോടൊപ്പമുളള പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുളള അനുബന് ധമാഡു 6വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമി ഒരു പൊതു ആവശ്യത്തിന് , അതായത് തയ്യത്തുംകടവ്പാലവും ബന്‌ധറോഡും നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിന്" ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെന്നോ ആവശ്യമുണ്ടാകാൻ ഇടയുണ്ടെന്നോ ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടിരി ക്കുന്നതിനാലും ഇപ്പോൾ തൻമൂലം ഇതുമായി ബന്‌ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ കക്ഷികൾക്കും 1894-ലെ സ്‌ഥലമെടുപ്പ് ആകട ( 1894 -ലെ 1 -ാം കേന്ദ്ര ആക‌ടം 4-ാം വകുപ്പ് ( 1 ) -ാം ഉപവകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ക്കനുസൃതമായി ഇക്കാര്യത്തിലുള അറിയിപ്പ് ഇതിനാൽ നൽകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു .
ഇക്കാര്യത്തിലുള്ള അടിയന്തിര സ്വഭാവം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ആക്ട് 17-ാം വകുപ്പ് ( 4)-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പിന് വിധേയമായി ആക്‌ടിലെ 5 ( എ ) വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ ബാധകമാക്കേണ്ടതില്ലെന്ന് നിർദ ദേശി ച്ചീട്ടുണ്ട് .
