Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports goods for Physical Education Department in the Government Coll ge for Women, Thiruvanantha- puram for atotal sum of Rs. 49,620 (Rupees Forty nine thousand six hundred and twenty only) . The list of required articles willbe supplied along with the tenderforms,
The be tenders should superscribed as Tender No. A6-1686/2007-08/GCW for the supply of Sports goods for the Physical Education Depart ment and addressed to the Principal , Goverament College for Women , Vazhuthacaud, Thycaud P.O., Thiruvananthapuram Pin-695 014, so as to reach the undersigned on or before 11-10-2007 at 2 p.m. Tenders reoreceived after the date and time fixed will not be accepted under any circumstances.
on the sune The tenders received within the time stipulated above willbe opened on 3 p.m. day in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers can have the prescribed intend forms on demand from the college in between 10 a, m. to 1 p.m. on all working days on payment of Rs. 150 +S.T . Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 100+ S.T . per copy. Those who are intending to obtain the sameby post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing sufficient postage stamps for registered post . The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable.
Cheques, Postage stamps , Postal orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the formsbe sent by VPP .
Kerala stamp paper willbe supplied to the enderers outside the state the state in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs . 50 being the cost of stamp paper and sufficient amount towards postage. Money Order alone willbe accepted for this purpose.
2007-08 സർക്കാർ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ വർഷം തിരുവനന്തപുരം വനിതാ കോളേജിലെ ' இய വിഭാഗത്തിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിലേക്ക സീൽ ചെയ്ത ടെൻഡറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ടെണ്ടർ തുക 49,620 രൂപയാകുന്നു . ടണ്ടറുകൾ 11-10-2007 ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിക്ക മുൻപായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ സർക്കാർ കോളേജ് , വഴുതക്കാട് , തക്കാട് പി.ഒ. തിരുവനന്തപുരം -695 014 എന്ന പേരിൽ അയ‌യ്ക്കേണ്ട താണ് ' , കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ഫിസിക്കൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ വിഭാഗത്തിലേക്കു സ്പോർട്‌സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ സര ചെയ്യുന്നതിന' എന്ന മേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതും คอม آه ലഭിക്കുന്ന മണ്ടർ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആവശ്യമു ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ ലിസ്‌റ്റ് ബർ ഫാറത്തോടൊപ്പം നൽകുന്നതാണ്'.
11-10-2007 -m galavom 3 amla ടെണ്ടറുകാര1ടയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരു ടെയോ സാത്തിമ ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ . ഭ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 150 + എസ്.ററിയും, വിലയ്ക്ക് (പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണിക്കും ഉച്ചയ്ക്കു 1 മണിക്കു ഇടയിൽ കോളേജ ഭാഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് , ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം തപാഡിൽ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം തപാൽ ചാർജയും അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . മണിയാ ഡർ കൃപ്പന്നിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേണ്ട ഡസ വ്യകതമായി എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനു മാകമാനം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
തപാൽ സ്‌റ്റാമ്പ് , ചേക്ക" , പോസ്‌റാൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റ വിലയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോ ഒടണ്ടർ ഫോരം രൂപ 100 + എസ്.ററി , വിലയ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
