Cost of tender form : 12.5% VAT (including) Original—Rs. 1,125, for Sl. No. 2, Rs. 169 for Sl. No. 5 and Rs. 450 for all others.
Duplicate—Rs. 563 for Sl. No. 2, Rs. 113 for Sl. No. 5 and Rs. 225 for all others.

The cost of tender form will be accepted only by Cash or Money Order. The tender should be superscribed with tender number, date and addressed to the Director of Training, Industrial Training Department, Thycaud, Thriuvananthapuram-14. Late tenders will not be accepted. One percent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit. Validity period 3 months from the date of opening the tenders, otherwise will be rejected. Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be considered. Stamp paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala if required by remitting Rs. 75 (Rupees Seventyfive only) seperately by Money Order (Rs. 25 is intended to cover, postage and incidental expenses). Tender forms are not transferable.

ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡറായിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ ഡയറക്ടർ, വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പ്, തൈക്കാട്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-14 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ (അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) വിലയുളള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്ന് മാസം വരെ വില നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യ ത്തിൽ ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. അല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളള കമ്പനികൾക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമു≠െങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ (എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡറായി അയച്ചു തന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചു തരുന്നതാണ്. (മണിയോർഡർ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു). ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല.
വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പിന്റെ കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന വിവിധ എെ. ടി. എെ. കളിലെ പരിശീലന ത്തിന് വിവിധതരം ട്രേഡുകളിൽ താഴെ കാണുന്ന ടൂൾസ് ആന്റ ് എക്വിപ്മെന്റ ്സ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ താല്പര്യമുളള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
