TENDER NOTICE SHORT TENDER NOTICENo. 26/2007-08. 7th September 2007.
Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 26/2007-08 for the Repairing of Main Driving Gear of Three Way Cutting Machine in Government Press, Kozhikode is invited by the undersigned. The tenders alongwith samples should reach this office on or before 24-9-2007 at 2 p. m. and the same will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs. 150+VAT for original form and Rs. 100+VAT for duplicate. Cheque, demand drafts, postage stamps, postal orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered Post subject to a cash payment by M. O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs. 32. The tender forms are not transferable.
Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 24-9- 2007. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 should be executed alongwith the tenders. Money orders will be entertained only upto 18-9-2007 and the purpose of sending money order should be specified in M. O. coupon clearly. Late tenders, tenders not accompanied by Earnest Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 will not be accepted on any account.

സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ഉപയോഗത്തിനായി ത്രീ-വേ കട്ടിംഗ് മെഷീന്റെ മെയിൻ ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ഗിയർ റിപ്പയറിംഗ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-9-2007, 2 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 26/07-08 വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച് " എന്ന ഉപ ലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ 150 രൂപ + മൂല്യ വർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് 100 രൂപ + മൂല്യ വർദ്ധിത നികുതി (നികുതികൾ പുറമെ) നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ടു വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കു കയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ മണി ഓർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചിലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെ ങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടു ക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മണി ഓർഡർ 18-9-2007 വരെ മാത്രമെ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യ‡മായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
