ചവറ, ഇൻഡ്യൻ മറയർ എർത്ത" ലിമിറാഡിൽ വർക്കറായി ജോലി നോക്കിവ അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ , ജമാലുദ്‌ദീൻകുഞ്ഞിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക വർക്ക് മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി 3,11,932 രൂപ (മൂന്നുലക്ഷത്തി പതിനൊന്നായിരത്തി തൊളളായിരത്തി മുപ്പത്തിരണ്ട് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി യതിൽ ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) ശ്രീമതി ജമീലാ ബീവി ( ഭാര്യ) , ( 2) മാസ്‌ററർ ജവീൽ , ജെ. (രാമന क ), (3) 20๐๐ แสบ , ค . ( 5 ) (4) 63000 , ০৪, ( മൈനർ മകൻ ) , പഴിഞ്ഞിയിൽ ഊക്കേതാ , പാലയ്ക്കൽ, തേവലക്കറ , ( 5) (ശ്രീമതി പാത്തുമ്മാകുഞ്ഞ് (മാതാവ് ) , കടുവിള ക്കതിൽ , ചോല , ഹൃത്മവിചന്ത പി , ഒ, എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളുവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവചനത്തിൽ ഉംപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കോള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ശസറിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയി ക്കേണ്ടതും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണി ക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു .
Whereas, General Manager , Indian Rare Earth Limited, Chavara has deposited with this Court a tum of Rs. 3,11,932 (Rupees Three lakhs eleven thousand nine hundred and thirtytwo only) as compensation for distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Jamaludeen Kunju who met with a fual accident while employed under the Indian Rare Earth Limited, Caavara and whereas it is reported that ( 1) Smt . Jameela Beevi (wife) , (2) Muster Jaleel , J. (Minor Son) , (3) Master Jabbar, J. (Minor Son) , Master Jashir, J. (Minor Son) , Pazhinjiyil Thekkethara , Palakkal , Thevalakkara. (5) Smt . Pathumma Kunju (Mother) , Kaduvila- thekkethil , Chola , Puthenchanda P. O. and his only dependents as defined under Section 2 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act , any others claimed to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette , prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same . If no such claims are received within the prescribed time , the entire amount of compensation will be disburses to the persons mentioned above . Claims preferred therefore will not be considered.

Now, therefore , notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependants of the deceased workman should prefer their claims inwriting before the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Kannur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount ofcompen sation will be disbursed to the dependants mentioned above. Claims,Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will notbe considered.

23rdAugust2007 Whereas , the Executive Engineer , Electrical Division, K.S.E.B. , Kannur has deposited with this Court an amount of Rs.4,15,960 (Rupees Four lakhs fifteen thousand nine hundred and sixty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri M.O. Manoj, Electricity Worker, Electrical Section , Pallikunnu who met with a fatal accident on 17-2-2007 arising out of and of his employment under the in the courie above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer , Kannur- II Cirele . It is understood that the following person is the dependant ofthe deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 ( 1 ) ( d) of the Workmen's Casation Act, 1923 .
