All the conditions prevailing in this Department regarding tender pre-qualification are applicable to this tender also . Further details , if required can be had from this office during working hours .
The tenders for pre -qualification and execution of the following work are invited from financially sound and well experienced registered "A " Class Contractors/Firms of Kerala Public Works Depart- ment/ Irrigationgation who have successfully completed at least one similar work costing more than 40 % (Forty percentage) of the estimate PAC of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should supported by certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition. Necessary Certificate in this effect shallbe produced from the Officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer. Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed as below by Registered Post/ Speed Post . The receipt in Form T.R. 5 towards the purchase of tender schedule should be enclosed along with the tender documents .

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും, ദക്ഷി ണ മേഖല, തിരുവനന്തപുരം സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരും സാമ്പത്തികശേഷിയുള്ളവരും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാത്ത തുകയ്ക്കുളള സ മാ ന മാ യ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പണി ( ഒറാപ്പണി ) കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ വർഷത്തിനകം ചെയ്തു തീർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുമായ 'എ' ക്ലാസ് കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും പ്രത്യേകം മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറെറടുത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുളള ദ ർ ഘാ സുക Do മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ടെണ്ടർ പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഫാറം ടി . ആർ , 5 (പ്രകാരമുള്ള രസീത് ടെൻഡറിനോടൊപ്പം ഉൾക്കൊളളി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ്തുത പണിയുടെ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാ സമാന സ്വഭാവമുള്ളതുമായ പണികൾക്ക് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ ഷെഡ്യൂളിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ" ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻറെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 4,000 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് , അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം മുൻപരിചയം സംബന്ധിച്ച എഗ്രിമെൻറ് അധികാരികളുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയുള്ളു . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ട തീയതിക്കും സമയത്തിനും മുൻപായി രജിസ്ട്രേർഡ് പോസ്‌ററിലോ സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്റ്റിലോ ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
