The Wildlife Warden, Parambikulamfor and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites sealed quotations for the supply of following items from reputed manufacturers and authorised suppliers .

The quotations received will be opened by the Wildlife Warden , Parambikulam in the presence of the quotationers on 10-10-2007 at 3 p . m . If the required quotations are not received on 10-10-2007 then the last date of quotations will be extended to 12-10-2007. If again the required quotations are not received on 12-10-2007, the last date of received the quotation will be done on 25-10-2007 , 3 p . m . Further details can be had from the office of the undersigned on all working days . The quotationers should execute a preliminary agreement on stamp paper worth Rs . 50 along with the quotations . The incomplete and defective quotations will be summarily rejected.
CONDITIONS
1. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes , Conveyances etc.
2. Payment will be made by cheques after the successful completion of the work .
