Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Softwares for Computer Application Lab in Civil Engineering Department of Maharaja's Technological Institute, Thrissur.

6 1 17 The tenders shouldbe superscribed as Tender No. 5 /2007-08 due on 5-10-2007 , 3 p . m. and addressed to "The Principal, Maharaja's Technological Institute , Thrissur- 20 " . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 6-10-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised agents, who may be present at that time.
Tender forms can be obtained from the College office on every working day between 10 a . m. and 2 p . m. The cost of the tender forms is Rs . 450 ( Rs . 400+ VAT) . Those who need tender forms by post will have to send Rs . 490 (Rs . 450 + 40 Postal Charge)by Money Order only to the Principal , Maharaja's Technological Institute, Thrissur- 20 . Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 225 (Rs . 200+ VAT) . The cost of tender forms are not refundable . An agreement on Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 will have to be executed along with the tendered amount is to be deposited as EMD vide DD along with the tender .
Sale of tenders will be closed at 2 p . m . on 5-10-2007 and the last date of receipt of tender is at 3 p . m . on the same day . The tenders will open at 11 a . m. on 6-10-2007 . Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.

Duplicate form , if required will be issued at Rs . 113 per copy . Tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 8-10-2007.
Tenders sealed with sealing wax are invited for the supply of Equipments to Electrical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Thrissur .
Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in cash or by Money Order Rs . 169 Postal charges . No other payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be sent by V.P.P. for Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D1/51/2007-08 for the supply of Equipments Electrical Engineering Department and addressed to Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 8-10-2007 , 2 p . m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a . m . on 9-10-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
The offer shouldbe valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening the tenders. No advance payments will be given . Tenders without EMD will not be accepted.
