A Preliminary Gradation List of L. D. Typist as on 30-7-2007, prepared in accordance with the General Principles, norms and provisions contained in K. S. and SSR is appended to this order for information of the persons concerned.
Any person who is aggrieved by the rank in the list may submit his/her appeal to the undersigned through Head of Office within three months from the date of publication of this list in Gazette. The appeal should be preferred in the proforma appended ( Appendix-II) to this Order. The Head of Office will verify the particulars in the proforma and furnished a "Certificate that the above particulars have been verified by me with relevant recorts and found correct". Omission if any should be brought to the notice with relevant particulars in the proforma appended .
