പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള സമയവിവര പട്ടികയും 60000 കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും ഏത് വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിൽവച്ചാണ പരീക്ഷകൾ നടത്തുന്നത് എന്നും മററും ഉള്ള വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾ 8598) ഗസററിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടു ത്തുന്നതാണ് . സമയവിവരപ്പട്ടികകൾ പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ ഓഫീസുകൾ, കളക്ടറേററുകൾ താലൂക്ക് ആഫീസുകൾ , ജില്ലാ ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ആഫീ സുകൾ, പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് റഫറൻസിന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വ്യക്തിപരമായി പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് സമയവിവര പട്ടികകൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരള സംസ്‌ഥാന ത്തിന് പൊതുവായുള്ള പരീക്ഷകൾ 'എ ' എന്ന അനു ബന്ധത്തിലും ( Annexure - A ) മുൻ തിരുവിതാംകൂർ . കൊച്ചി ഉദ്യോഗസ്‌ഥൻമാർക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രത്യേകമായി നടത്തുന്ന പരീക്ഷകൾ ' ബി ' എന്ന അനുബന്‌ധത്തിലും (Annexure -B) ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു .
സർവ്വീസിൽ 2. ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറൽ ടെസ്ററ് ഉളളവർക്ക് മാത്രമായിമാത്രമായി പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു . അല്ലാത്തവരിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരം അപേക്ഷയുടെ 5 -ാം കോളത്തിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
3. അപേക്ഷാഫീസ് , -ഫീസ് ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും 20 (ഇരുപത്) രൂപ എന്ന നിരക്കിലാണ് . ഈ അടിസ്ഥാ നത്തിൽ ഒരു ടെസ്ററിന് എത്ര പേപ്പറുകൾ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് കണക്കാക്കി മൊത്തം പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള ഫീസ് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഗവൺമെൻറ് ട്രഷറിയിൽ 20051 -പി . എസ് . സി . 105 -സ്റേറററ് പി.എസ്.സി. 99 - എക്സാ മിനേഷൻ ഫീ " എന്ന അക്കൗണ്ട് ഹെഡ്‌ഡിൽ അടക്കേ ണ്ടതും അസൽ ചെലാൻ രസീതുതന്നെ അപേക്ഷയോ ടൊപ്പം അയയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടതുമാകുന്നു . സംസ്‌ഥാനത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള അപേക്ഷകർ ചെലാൻ രസീതിനുപകരം 6000 Lea പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ (Crossed Postal Order payable to the Secretary, Kerala Public Service Commission , Thiruvananthapuram-4) അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ് . கோவ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിൽനിന്നുള്ള അപേക്ഷാഫീസ് പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറായി അയച്ചാൽ അക്കാരണത്താൽത്തന്നെ അപേക്ഷകർ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷാഫീസ" കോർട്ട് ഫീ സ്ററാമ്പ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഒരിക്കൽ അടച്ച് പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല .
നോട്ട്:-(എ) നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയമനം വഴിയോ (ട്രാൻസർ മുഖാന്തിരമോ നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ്റെ പ്രൊബേഷൻ്റയോ ട്രെയിനിംഗി ൻറയോ പൂർത്തീകരണത്തിനോ ഏതെങ്കിലും പോസ് ററിൽ ഇൻക്രിമെൻറാ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തലോ ലഭിക്കുന്ന തിനോ ഉയർന്ന പോസ്ററിലേക്ക് ഉദ്യോഗക്കയറ്റം കിട്ടുന്നതിനോ ഒരു പോസ്ററിൽ പിഴ കൂടാതെ തുടരുന്നതിനോ ഏതെങ്കിലും ടെസ്ററ് പാസ്സായി രിക്കണമെന്ന് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ( obligatory tests ) (പ്രസ്തുത ടെസ്ററുകൾക്കും സർവ്വീസിലുളള ആളുകൾക്ക് പുതുതായി ഏതെങ്കിലും ടെസടെസ്ററ് ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ടെസ്റ 0 G. O. ( Ms. ) 166/ 76 /PD dated 4-6-1976 സരിച്ച് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അതാത് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിലെ ഉദ്യോഗക്കയ B (Line of promotion) 222 തസ്തികകളിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറ് ടെസ്ററുകൾക്കും അപേക്ഷകരിൽനിന്ന് ഫീസ് ഈടാക്കുന്നതല്ല , ഈ സൗജന്യം ഓരോ ടെസ്റിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളവും ഒരാൾക്ക് ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ வைஸ் ៣. വാങ്ങിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
വായി സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ല . ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയാണെങ്കിൽ മേലധികാരിയുടെ മേലാപ്പും
(സി) മുകളിൽ നോട്ട് (എ) യിൽ പറഞ്ഞി ട്ടുളളവർക്കുമാത്രമേ ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടാ യി രി ക്കു കയുളളു . ഇപ്രകാരം അർഹരായ അപേക്ഷകരുടെ പുരിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷകളിൽ സർട്ടിഫി ക്കററ് വകുപ്പുമേധാവി /ആഫീസ് മേലധികാരി പൂർണ്ണ മായി പൂരിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതും സൗജന്യം അർഹിക്കുന്ന ടെസ്ററുകളുടെ പൂർണ്ണവിവരം നി ർ ദം ദി ഷ്ട സ്‌ഥലത്ത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി പേരെഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ട് ആഫീസ് മുദ്ര പതിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ഇപ്രകാരം അല്ലാതെ അപൂർണ്ണമായ സർട്ടി ഫി ക്ക റേറാ ടുകൂടിയ അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
4. അപേക്ഷകൾ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കിട്ടിയിരിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി வேக 2007 ல வடிபக் മാസം 7-ാം തീയതി ബുധനാഴ്ച വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്ക പ്പെടുന്നതല്ല, അതുകൊണ്ട് നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുമുമ്പു തന്നെ ഫീസടയ്ക്കുന്നതിലും അപേക്ഷ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന തിലും പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . കാലതാമസം ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയെക്കൊണ്ട് സാക്ഷ്യസാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ അപേക്ഷകൾ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ നേരിട്ട് അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ലക്ഷദ്വീപിലെ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ 2007 നവംബർ മാസം 21 -ാം തീയതി ബുധനാഴ്ച വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കു
5. അപേക്ഷ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട മേൽവിലാസം - അപേക്ഷകൾ & ജായിൻറ് സെക്രട്ടറി ( ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറൽ ടെസ്ററ് ) , കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ , പട്ടം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം പിൻ - 695 004 എന്ന മേൽ വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ് ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപേക്ഷകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിൻ്റെ മുകളിൽ " Application for Admission to the Departmental Test-January 2008" എന്നും കവറിൻറെ അപേക്ഷകൻറ മേൽവിലാസവും വ്യക്തമായി എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കുമ്മീഷൻ ചെയർമാൻ , മെമ്പർമാർ , സെക്രട്ടറി എന്നി വരുടെ പേർക്ക് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഇടതുവശത്തായി
6. അനുബന്ധം ' എ' (Annexure - A) 5 -ാമതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പി . ഡബ്ല്യു . ഡി . മാനുവൽ ടെസ്ററ് , പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ജൂനിയർ എഞ്ചിനീയർമാർക്ക് പ്രൊബേഷൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്ന തിനും തുടർന്നുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗക്കയറ്റത്തിനും ഇപ്പോൾ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്ററ് ലോവറിനും പി . ഡബ്ലിയു. ഡി . ടെസ്ററിനും പുറമേ നിർബ " [G.O. ( P) No. 150/77 / PW dated 17-9-1977 ] .
dated 25-1-1976] ഫീസ് ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഒരു പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കു അപേക്ഷി ക്കുകയും എന്നാൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ അതും സൗജന്യം അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള തവണയായി കണക്കാ സൗജന്യം അനുവദിക്ക മുഴുവനായി ഫീസ് ഓരോ ടെസ്ററിനും അല്ലാതെ ഓരോ ക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് . പ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളളത് ០៣ . പേപ്പറുകളുള്ള ടെസ്ററിൻറെയും BOGOD പേപ്പറുകളായിട്ടല്ല (G.O. (Ms.)29/75/PD dated 6-2-1975 ] അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്ററിന് ചേരുന്ന ഒരാൾക്ക് (4 പേപ്പറിനും കൂടി ചേർന്നാലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും) ഒരു പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം കിട്ടുക പരീക്ഷയിൽ യുള്ളു . ആ പേപ്പറുകളും ജയിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത തവണ മുതൽ തോററ പേപ്പറുകൾക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാതിരുന്ന പേപ്പറു കൾക്കും ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മുകളിൽ உண ㎎ [G.O. (Ms. ) 249/70/PD dated 22-7-1970] അനുസരിച്ച് ഗവൺമെൻറ് സർവ്വീ സിലുള്ള ടൈപ്പിസ്‌ററുകൾക്കും സ്റെറനോഗ്രാഫർ ໐໖ [G.O. (Ms.) No. 274/71 /PD dated 27-8-1971 ] അനുസരിച്ച് പബ്ലിക്പബ്ലിം സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തു നടത്തുന്ന എസ് . എസ് . എൽ . സി . സ്‌ററാമൻറർഡ് ( S.S.L.C. Standard ) - ലുള്ള കൂറിക്കൽ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഇരിക്കുവാൻ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുളള താഴ്ന്ന വരുമാനക്കാരായ ഗവൺമെൻറ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും [G. O. (Rt . ) No. 706/75 P.D. dated 21-7-1975] ആൻഡ് വില്ലേജ് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രീസ് ബോർഡിലെ ពេល [G.O. (Ms.) No. 302 /75 /G . Edn . dated 17-12-1975 ] അനുസരിച്ച് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറൽ ടെസ്ററ് ഒബ്ലിഗേറററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള കേരളത്തിലെ എയിഡഡ് ഹൈസ്കൂളുകളിലേയും എയിഡഡ് സ്‌‌കൂ ളു ക ളി ലേ യും ട്രെയിനിംഗ് ഹെഡ്മാസ്ററർമാർക്കും മററു ജീവനക്കാർക്കും [G.O. (Ms.) No. 146/76/G. Edn . dated 4-8-1976] ( രിച്ച് ഒബ്ലിഗേറററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറൽ ടെസ്ററുകൾക്ക് കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളുകളിലേയും അപ്പർ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളുകളിലേയും ഹെഡ്മാസ്ററർമാർക്കും പി . ഡി . ീച്ചർമാർക്കും" [G. O. (P) 150/77/P. W. dated 17-9-1977 ] അനുസരിച്ച് പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ജൂനിയർ എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെ പ്രൊബേഷൻപാബേഷൻ പൂർത്തീ കരിക്കുന്നതിനും തുടർന്ന് ഉദ്യോഗക്കയറ്റം കിട്ടുന്ന തിനും നിർബന്ധമാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പി . ഡബ്ല്യു . ഡി . മാനുവൽ ടെസ്ററിനും (P.W.D. Manual Test) ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . കോർപ്പറേഷൻ , മുനിസിപ്പാ ലിറ്റി എന്നീ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്‌ഥാപനങ്ങളി ലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിററി , ഇലക്ട്ര(ട്രിസിറി ബോർഡ് , കെ. എസ് .എസ് , ആർ , ററി , സി . , വാട്ടർ അതോ മിററി തുടങ്ങിയ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് കോമൺ സർവ്വീസിലുളള ജീവനക്കാർക്ക" ജി.ഒ. ( എം.എസ് . ) നമ്പർ 215 / 86 / L.A.D . dated 28-10-1986 0 6 500 01 000 നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറൽ ടെസ്‌ററു ൾക്ക് ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരി
ന്നതാണ് .
( ) খ ໙໙ . ( Annexure - 'A' ) പോലീസ് ടെസ്ററ് 18 , 19 എന്നിവ് പ്രത്യേകം ടെസ്ററുകൾ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും [G. O. (Ms.) 146/821 Home (A) Department dated 16-12-1982 അനുസരിച്ച് .

(ബി ) ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹരായിട്ടുളള വരുടെ അപേക്ഷകളിൽ വകുപ്പുമേധാവിയോ ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയോ സർട്ടിഫൈ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം അപക്ഷ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . സർട്ടിഫൈ ചെയ്യുന്ന വ്യക്തിയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക പദവിയും അഡ്രസ്‌സും ഒപ്പിനു താഴെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് . ആഫീസ് സിൽ ഔദ്യോഗി പദവിക്ക് തെളി
7. അനുബന്ധം ' എ ' ( Annexure - ' A ' ) യിൽ 23 -ാമതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരള ജയിൽ ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ0മൂന്നാം പേപ്പർ / കേരള ജയിൽ സബോർഡിനേറ് ആഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്ററ് രണ്ടാം പേപ്പർ ( പ്രാക്‌ടിക്കൽ ) പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ജയിൽ ഐ . ജി . അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുളള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും അതായത് 30-9-1993 വരെ റിക്കയിൽ നിന്നും / സിക്കയിൽ നിന്നും 1-10-1993 മുതൽ 13-10-2003 വരെ സിക്കയിൽ നിന്നും മാത്രവും 14-10-2003 മുതൽ റിക്കയിൽ നിന്നും സിക്കയിൽ നിന്നും 360
(ഡില്ലിൽ ( റൈഫിൾ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ് , റിവോൾവർ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ് മുതലായവ ) പരിശീലനം വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തി യാക്കിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററ് ലഭിച്ചവർക്കം മാത്രമേ അപേ ക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ അർഹതയുള്ളു . അനുബന്ധം 'എ' യിൽ 24-ാമതായി ജയിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന സബോർഡിനേറ്റ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്ററ് രണ്ടാമത്തെ പേപ്പറിനുമുള പ്രായോ ഗി ക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് (Practical Test ) തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജയിൽ ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സ്‌‌കൂളുകളിൽ നിന്നും പ്രസ്തുത ടെസ്‌ററിനുളള പരിശീലനം കേരള വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കി യിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ചേരുവാൻ അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കു കയുള്ളു . അല്ലാതെയുള്ളവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ട്രെയിനിംഗ് നേടിയിട്ടുള്ള സർട്ടിഫി ക്കററിൻറെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ് സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇപ്രകാരം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത വരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
മേൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ടെസ്ററുകളുടെ പ്രായോ ഗിക പരീക്ഷകൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തോ തൃശ്ശുരോ കണ്ണൂരോ കമ്മീഷന് സൗകര്യമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്ന മറോ തെങ്കിലും കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ വച്ചോ നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും , (പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷ നടത്തുന്ന സ്ഥലവും തീയതിയും യഥാവസരം പ്രസിദ്‌ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ് .
8. അനുബന്ധധം 'എ' ( Annexure - 'A ') യിൽ 30 -ാമ തായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്ററ് പഞ്ചാ യത്ത് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിലെ യു ഡി , ക്ലാർക്കുമാർ ,ഹെഡ് ക്ലാർക്കുമാർ , പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ആഫീസർ മാർ എന്നിവർക്കുവേണ്ടി ജി . ഒ . (എം . എസ് . ) നമ്പർ 154 / 75 /എൽ . എ . ആൻറ് എസ് . ഡബ്ല്യു . ഡി . dated 9-7-1975 പ്രകാരം നടത്തുന്ന പൊതു പരീക്ഷയാണ് . മുൻപ് നടത്തിയിരുന്ന എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് നിർത്ത 250° 00 ° പ്രസ്തുത ഉത്തരവുപ്രകാരം ലാക്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു . കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ആഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്ററിൻറ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ഇതിനകം ജയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവരെ പഞ്ചായത്ത ടെസ്ററ് എഴുതുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട് . കേൗള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ആഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്ററിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും പേപ്പറുകൾ ജയിക്കുവാനു ഉളവർ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്ററിലെ (corresponding) മതിയാകുന്നതാണ് . തദനുസൃതമായ ചേർന്ന് ജയിച്ചാൽ 9. എല്ലാ ടെസ്ററുകളും ഭാഗികമായി പാസാകാ വുന്നതാണ് . അതുകൊണ്ട് പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് അവർ പാസാകേണ്ട ടെസ്ററുകൾ മുഴുവനായോ ഒന്നോ അതിലധികമോ പേപ്പറുകൾക്ക് മാത്രമായോ ചേരുവാ നുളള സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും . ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും ഉളള സമയം ( ഏതെങ്കിലും പേപ്പറിനെ സംബന്‌ധിച്ച് പ്രത്യേകമായി എടുത്തുപറയാത്തിടത്തോളം) രണ്ടു മണിക്കൂർ ആയിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അനുബന്ധം ' എ' (Annexure-'A' ) യിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന കേരള എഡ്യൂ ക്കേഷൻ ആക്ററ് ആൻഡ് റൂൾസ് ടെസ്ററ്, അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചറൽ ഇൻകംടാക്സ് ആൻഡ് സെയിൽസ് ടാക്സ് ടെസ്ററ് മൂന്നാമത്തെ പേപ്പർ , ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റ് ടെസ്ററ് ഇവയുടെ സമയം ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും രണ്ടര മണിക്കൂർ വീതം ആയിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ലേബർ 10. ഉദ്യോഗ നിയമനത്തിനുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പരീക്ഷകൾ മലയാളം ഒഴിച്ചുള്ള പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷകളിൽ എഴുതുന്നവർക്കുവേണ്ടി ജി . ഒ . ( എം . എസ് . ) നമ്പർ 142/66/ اللهاله dated 31-3-1966 , G. O. (P) No. 356/82/GAD dated 3-11-1982 , G. O. ( P) No. 164/84/GAD dated 31-5-1984 അനുസരിച്ച് നടപ്പാക്കിയ മലയാളം സെക്കൻറ് ക്ലാസ് ലാംഗ്വേജ് 5° 00 " ( Second Glass Language Test inMalayalam) അനുബന്ധം 'എ' യിൽ 41 -ാമതായി ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് . സിലബസ് , മാർക്ക് തുടങ്ങിയ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ അനുബന്ധം 'സി ' (Annexure 'A' ) യിൽ കൊടുത്തി രിക്കുന്നു.

11. എല്ലാ ടെസ്ററുകൾക്കും ജയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യ മായ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ മാർക്ക് ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും 40 ( നാൽപ്പത് ) ശതമാനമാണ് .
12. രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിൽ ജോലി നോക്കുന്നവരും ഇംഗ്ലീഷിൽ വേണ്ടത്ര പരിജ്‌ഞാനമി ല്ലാത്തവരുമായ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്ററ് ലോവർ മലയാളത്തിലും നടത്തുന്നതാണ് . മലയാള ത്തിൽ ഉത്തരം എഴുതുവാനാഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ആ വിവരം അപേക്ഷാഫോറത്തിൽ 6 -ാം കോളത്തിലും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലും BTO പേപ്പറിനു നേരെ വ്യക്തമായി കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണംരിക്കണം . കൂടാതെ കേരള എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ ആക്ട് ആൻറ് റൂൾസ് ടെസ്ററും മലയാളത്തിൽ ഉത്തരം എഴുതാവുന്നതാണ് . എന്നാൽ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ ഇംഗ്ലീഷിൽ ആയിരിക്കും . മററു ടെസ്ററുകൾ എല്ലാം ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലോ മലയാളത്തിലോ എഴുതാവുന്നതാണ് .
13. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ തമിഴും കന്നടയും ഭാഷാ ന്യൂനപക്ഷങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് യൂണിഫൈഡ വില്ലേജ് മാനുവൽ ടെസ്ററ് , സബോർഡിനേററ് ആഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്ററ് , രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ടെസ്ററ് , കനാൽ റൂൾസ് ടെസ്ററ് എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് തമിഴിലോ കന്നടയിലോരുന്നെ ഉത്തരം എഴുതുവാനുള്ള അവകാശം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപ്രകാരം തമിഴിലോ കന്നടയിലോ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതു വാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ അപേക്ഷാഫോറത്തിൻറെ 6.0. കോളത്തിൽ ആ വിവരം വ്യക്ത്‌തമായി കാണിച്ചിരി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മുകളിൽ 13-0 ഖണ്‌ഡികയിൽ പറയുന്നവ ഒഴിച്ചുളള പരീക്ഷകൾ ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലോ മലയാളത്തിലോ അല്ലാതെ മറേറതെങ്കിലും ഭാഷയിൽ എഴുതുന്നപക്ഷം അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഉത്തര കടലാസുകൾ അസാധുവാക്കുന്നതാണ് .
14. അപേക്ഷാഫോറം , -ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറൽ പരീക്ഷ അപേക്ഷകൾ അച്ചടിച്ചതോ ചെയ്തതോ സ്റെറൻസിൽ ചെയ്തതോ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന கேவே dia Co തോ ടൈപ്പ് തന്നെ ആയിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കൈകൊണ്ടെഴുതിയ ഫോറത്തിൽ ഒരുകാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . അപേക്ഷാഫോറത്തിൽ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റുകൂടി ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് . അപേക്ഷയിലും , അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലും പ്രത്യേകം നിർ‌ദേശിക്കുന്ന സ്‌ഥലത്ത് (അതായത് അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കററിൻറ വലതുവശം മുകളിലായി ) പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിയുടെ പാസ്പോർട്ട് ആറുമാസത്തിനകമെടുത്ത സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച് ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് (Free chance) അർഹതയുള്ള പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ ബന്ധ പ്പെട്ട ഓഫീസ് മേധാവി വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയെക്കൊണ്ടും ഒരു ഗസാറഡ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥി ഓഫീസ്മേധാവിയാണെങ്കിൽ അദ്ദേഹ ത്തിൻറെ മേലധികാരിയെ വകുപ്പ് തലവനെക്കൊണ്ടും സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . എന്നാൽ നിശ്ചിത ഫീസ് അടച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ ( സർവ്വീസി ലുളളവർ) കേരളകുരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് സർവ്വീസിലോ കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെൻറ് സർവ്വീസിലോ ഉള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും ഓഫീസറെക്കൊണ്ട് സാക്ഷ്യ പ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ് . സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെ ടുത്തുന്ന ആളിന്റെ പേരും ഉദ്യോഗപ്പേരും ഓഫീസ് സിലും നിർബന്ധ്‌ധമായും കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം . അപേക്ഷം ഫോറത്തിലും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലും ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ രീതിയിൽ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്ന താണ് 8200050 പതിച്ച് സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്താത്ത അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കററുമായി വരുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളെ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിർദിഷ്ട ഫാറത്തിലല്ലാതെയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്ന തല്ല . നിർദിഷ്ട സ്ഥാനത്ത് ഒപ്പ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടില്ലാത്ത അപേക്ഷകളും നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഒന്നില ധികം പേപ്പറിനോ മെസ്‌ററിനോദ ചേരണമെന്നുള്ളവരും 2nd Oст . 2007]

361 ഒരു അപേക്ഷ അയച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറത്തോട് ഒരുമിച്ചുള്ള അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കാറിൽ അപേക്ഷകർ പോസ്ററൽ സഹിതം എല്ലാ വിവരങ്ങളും കൃത്യമായും വ്യക്തത മായും എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം . അപേക്ഷാഫോറത്തിലും അഡ് മിഷൻ ടി ക്ക ററി ലും അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ടെസ്ററിൻറ/പേപ്പറിൻറ ഒന്നുപോലെ അനുബന്ധം എ , ബി , സി യിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നതു ഉദാ : രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് . അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റാ" ( ലോവർ ) പുതുക്കിയ അപേക്ഷാ ഫാറത്തിൻറെ മാതൃക അനുബന്ധം 'ഡി'യിൽ வர் ത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് .
അതാതു താണ് . വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലുളളവർക്ക് വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിർബന്ധമാക്കിയിട്ടുളള എല്ലം ടെസ്ററുകളും എഴുതുവാൻ കഴിയത്തക്കവിധമാണ് കമ്മീഷൻ ടൈംടേബിൾ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നത് . എന്നാൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും വകുപ്പിൽ നിനി ർ ബ ന്‌ധി ത മല്ലാത്ത പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർ ടൈംടേബിൾ പ്രകാരം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ സാധിക്ക മെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാതെ അതിനായി ടൈം ടേബിളിൽ മാററം വരുത്തുന്നതല്ല . ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറൽ പരീക്ഷയുടെ ടൈംടേബിളിൻറ മുറയ്ക്കുതന്നെയായിരിക്കും അടുത്ത നടത്തുവാൻ സാദ്ധ്യതയുള്ളതെന്ന് ധരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
നോട്ട് :-പ രീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ അഡ് മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലും അപേക്ഷയിലും പതിക്കുമ്പോൾ താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിദ ദേശ ങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ
( 1) ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥിയുടെ പാസ്പോർട്ട് വലിപ്പത്തിലുള (4.5 cm. x 3.5 cm. ) ആയിരിക്കണം തിരിച്ചറിയൽ പത്രികയിൽ പതിക്കേണ്ടത് .

( എം . എസ് . ) നമ്പർ 249 / 86 /ജി.എ.ഡി . അനുസരിച്ച് ഇൻഡ്യൻ ഫോറസ്ററ് സർവ്വീസ് (I.F.S . ) - ലുള്ള ജൂനിയർ മെമ്പർമാർക്ക് യൂണിഫൈഡ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്ററ് പ്രത്യേകം നടത്തു ന്നതിനാൽ 15-12-1978 - ലെ ജി.ഒ. ( എം.എസ് . ) നമ്പർ 549 / 78 / ജി .എ.ഡി. അനുസരിച്ചുള അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്ററ് ലോവർ നാല് പേപ്പറുകൾ ബാധകമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . പ്രസ്തുത സർവ്വീസിലുള്ളവർ പ്രത്യേക വിജ്ഞാപന ടെസ്ററിന് യൂണിഫൈഡ് അപേക്ഷിച്ചുകൊള്ളേണ്ടതാണ് .
(3) സ്ററാമ്പ് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോ സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല .
(4) ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥിയുടെ മുഖം പൂർണ്ണമായി ഫോട്ടോയുടെ പതിഞ്ഞിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
(5) 03. നിറത്തിലുള്ള വസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ച് എടുക്കുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ ക ളായിരിക്കണം പതിക്കേണ്ടത് .
(6) ഫോട്ടോ നിർബന്‌ധമായും വെള്ള നിറത്തി ലുളള മാററ് പേപ്പറിൽ എടുത്തതായിരി ക്കണം .
ഇൻഡ്യൻ ഫോറസ്ററ് സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള (I.F.S. ) ജൂനിയർ മെമ്പർമാർ "ഫോറസ്ററ് ടെസ്ററ് ഫോർ എക്‌സീക്യൂട്ടീവ് ആൻറ് കൺട്രോളിംഗ് സ്ററാഫ് " എന്ന പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഈ വിജ്‌ഞാപനപ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷി ക്കേണ്ടതില്ല . ടി പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുളള വിജ്‌ഞാപനം ജി . ഒ . ( എം . എസ് . ) 74 / 85 / ജി . എ . ഡി . തീയതി 19-2-1985 അനുസരിച്ച* പ്രത്യേകം പ്രസിദ്‌ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ് .
18. അനുബന്ധം 'എ' (Annexure - A ) 14-ാമതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന മുനിസിപ്പൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറൽ ടെസ്ററ് മുനിസിപ്പൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ക്ലാർക്കുമാർക്കുവേണ്ടി G. O. (Ms.) 3681/LA& SWD dated 20-2-1981-- നടത്തുന്ന പരീക്ഷയാണ് . ഈ പരീക്ഷയുടേയും കേരള മുനിസിപ്പൽ മൂന്നാം പേപ്പറിൻറെയും സിലബസ് ഒന്നുതന്നെയാണ് . പ്രകാരം

Instructions to Candidates
1. The examination will be held in accordance with the time- table, which will be published in Part I B of the Kerala Gazette . The time-table will also be available for reference in the Office of the K. P. S. C. , Thiruvananthapuram , all District Offices of the K.P.S.C. , all District Collectorates , all Taluk Offices, all District Information Offices and all Centres of the Departmental Tests . The time-table will not be issued to the candidates individually. The candidates will sign against his /her name in the list of candidates at the time of the examination , failure on which will result in the invalidation of his / her answer scripts .
2. Candidates will not be admitted to the examination unless they present to the Chief Superinten- dents their Admission Tickets (with their recent passport size photograph affixed on the space provided) and duly identified by the Head of the Officer or Institution where they are working or by a Gazetted Officer . The candidates are advised to arrive at the examination centre half an hour before the commencement of the examination to facilitate verification of the admission tickets and identification certificates by the Chief Superintendent concerned. They should bring the admission tickets with them on each day ofthe examination . ( The admission tickets is a valuable document and is to be preserved by the candidates for production before this office for the issue of pass certificate of Departmental Tests) .
3. The Admission Ticket Number , name of examination and subject only should be entered on the facing sheet of the answer books in spaces provided for the purpose . Candidates are prohibited from writing their name, Admission Ticket Numbers or anything else intended to give a clue to their identity on any other part of the answer book . The answer books of candidates who fail to write their Admission Ticket Numbers or who do not write their Admission Ticket Numbers distinctly and correctly or who write the Admission Ticket Number on any part of the books , Additional sheet etc. , other than the facing sheet where space is provided for the purpose are liable to be invalidated. It is the responsibility of the candidates to see by referring to the heading of the question paper that they get the question paper meant for the test for which they have applied .
4. The answer scripts written in any ink other than black, blue or blue black will be invalidated .
5. Candidates are prohibited from communication with copying from each other and from communi- cating with any person outside the examination hall .
6. No candidate will be admitted to the examination who arrives more than half an hour after the commencement of the examination in the case of papers of two hours or more or duration of 15 minutes in the case of all other papers . No candidates willbe allowed to quit the hall before the expiry of at least half an hour from the commencement of the examination and only after he has handed over his answer book to the Chief/ Assistant Superintendent .
7. The signature of the candidate on the 1st page of the applications is mandatory and application of those who fail to sign there will be rejected on non-appealable grounds .
8. The non surrender of the answer script to the invigilator , or leaving the Hall before the closing timewithout his /her permission will entail disciplinary action against the candidates concerned which may result in debarment for further appearance for any test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission .
Warning. Any candidate resorting to malpractice in the examination hall will be sent out of the hall forthwith and his conduct will be reported by the Chief Superintendent to the Public Service Commission in such cases , the Commission may invalidate the answer scripts of the candidates and debar them from appearing for the tests and in the case of candidates in service the matter may also be reported to the Heads of Department and the Director of Vigilance Department for further action.
Note: This admission ticket should be kept for being produced at the time of issue of Certificates .
