The cost of tender form will be accepted only by cash or Money Order. The tender should be superscribed with tender Number and date and addressed to the Director of Training Industrial Training Department , Thycaud , Thiruvananthapuram - 14. Late tenders will not be accepted. 1% of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit . Vaildity period 3 months from the date of opening the tenders otherwise will be rejected . Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only ) . Otherwise the tender will not be considered . Stamp paper will be forwarded to the firms outside the Kerala, if required by remitting Rs . 75 (Rupees seventy- five only) separatelyby Money Order. (Rs . 25 is intended to cover postage and incidental expenses) . Tender forms are not transferable.

ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡറായിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളൂ . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ ഡയറക്‌ടർ , വ്യവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പ് , തെക്കാട് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 14 എന്ന് വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 505050 രൂപ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % (അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം ) വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാസർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർപത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . ർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നുമാസം വരെ വിലനിരക്കിന് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. അല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുളള മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ് (എഴുപത്തി അഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡറായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് .
