Competitive quotations in sealed cover superscribing the name of works are invited from the manufactures of Polymer Gabion boxes by Superintending Engineer, Irrigation South Cirecle, Thiruvananthapuram for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from manufactures for the supply of the following materials.
(5) The rate quoted shall be excluding all the taxes of State/Central Government Tax at Government rate will be paid separately.
(6) The Supply shall be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase order.

പ്രത്യേക നിബന്ധനകൾ
(1) The suppliers should produce previous experience certificate of supplying polymer rope Gabion Boxes to Government or Semi Government firms. The suppliers should have a track record of minimum 5 years in the field of manufacturing Gabion Boxes and having successfully completed the supply with in the specified time.
(2) The suppliers should produce test certificate of the Gabion Boxes from the approved standard agency. (By LRA/ABS) (2) എൽ. ആർ. എ./എ. ബി. എസ്. തുടങ്ങിയ അംഗീകൃത ഗുണനിലവാര ഏജൻസികളിൽനിന്ന് ഗാബിയോൺ കൂടു കൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പരിശോധനാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ.്
(3) പ്രസ്തുത കരാർ പ്രകാരം നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള ഗാബിയോൺ ബോക്സുകൾക്ക് നൽകേ≠ തുക, അപ്പോൾ നിലവിലുള്ള സർക്കാർ നിയമങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി നൽകുന്നതാണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മറ്റുവ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(4) ഗാബിയോൺ ബോക്സുകൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊല്ലം, ആലപ്പുഴ എന്നീ ജില്ലകളിൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ് അധികൃതർ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ നൽകേ≠താണ്.
(5) പ്രസ്തുത ഏജൻസി നൽകുന്ന അടങ്കൽ തുകയിൽ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെയോ കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെന്റ ിന്റെയോ ടാക്സുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തില്ല. സർക്കാർ നി›യി ച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന നികുതി പ്രത്യേകമായി നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
(6) പർച്ചേസ് ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച ദിവസം മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തി
നകം വിതരണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠താണ്.
