Sealed tenders are invited in the prescribed form for the supply of Display Board of the following specification to Kerala State Archives Department, Thiruvananthapuram.
SPECIFICATION
Stand-14 Ladder type stand (Square type)
Board-125 cm. length , 90 cm . width , Aluminium frame 14" x1 " fixed with soft board supported with 20g. Aluminium sheet covered with thick blazer clothDouble side supported with Aluminium sheet . Supply shouldbe made to Directorate as per the
direction of the Director of Archives at the cost of
supply.
The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender for the supply of Display Board " and addressed to the Director, DirectoraDirectorate of State Archives , Nalanda, Kawdiyar P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram- 3 . Last date of receipt of tenders is at 3 p . m . on 19-10-2007. Late tenders will not be accepted.
on The tenders will be opened at 4 p.m. 19-10-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Price of tender form
Original-Rs . 400 + 12.5 % VAT.
Duplicate Ks . 200+ 12.5 % VAT .
Mode of Payment-Either by Cash or Money Order .
Sale of tenders form will be closedat 2.30 p.m on 19-10-2007 . The rate quoted should be inclusiv ofall taxes, excise duties and door delivery charges The tender forms are not transferable .
The undersigned reserves the right to reject, any tender without assigning any reason . Late quotations will not be accepted . Further details in person can be hadfrom this office on working days . Tenders not in the prescribed form and without agreement and Kerata Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and E. M. D. will not be accepted.
