Tender forms canbe had from the office of ITI, Malampuzha during working hours on applying with the cost of tender form . The tender form should be superscribed with tender number and date and addressed to the Principal , ITI , Malampuzha, Palakkad District-678 651. Late tenders will not be accepted. One percentage of the total cost should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit . Tenders in original should be accompanied by preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 ( Rupees Fifty only) . Tender forms are not transferrable . The rate quoted shall be inclusive of service charge and no separate service tax will be borne by this institute . The rate should be valid atleast for a period of 3 months from the date of opening of tender .
