No. 30/2007-08.

Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 30/2007-08 for the supply of Refilling of Toners inPrinitng Department is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 17-10-2007 at 1 p. m . and the same will be opened at 4 p. m . on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who maybe present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed torm which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs. 150+ VAT for original form and Rs . 100+ VAT forduplicate. Cheques, Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders ete, will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment by M.O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32 . Thetender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 17-10-2007 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 should be executed along with the tenders. Money Orders with be entertained only upto 11-10-2007 and the purpose of sending money order should be specified in M.O. coupon clearly . Late tenders , tenders not accompaniedby Earnest Money Deposit @1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 will not be accepted on any account .
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ടോണറുകൾ റീ ഫില്ല ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ഭർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 17-10-2007, 1 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതു ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ മാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 30 / 2007-08 ടോണറുകളുടെ റീഫിൽ വിതരണം സംബന്‌ധിച്ച ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല ഉപലേഖനം
വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്ന തല്ല , എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്‌റേറജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുക യാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം രജിസ്‌റേറർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഭർഘാസ് കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും തുകയുടെ 1 % നിര ഭവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോ ടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് ." . അല്ലാത്തവരത്ത യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 11-10-2007 வல സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മൊത്തം

വാങ്ങുന്നതിന മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 15-10-2007 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസു കാരും യോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറു മാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന'അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ നമ്പർ 32 / 2007-08 എച്ച് . എം . ടി മെഷിനുകളുടെ വോൾട്ടേജ് സ്‌റബിലൈസർ വിതരണം സംബ ന്‌ധിച്ച് എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താരസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
