താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി 2007-08 വർഷത്തേക്കുള്ള T×D, D×T പോളിനേഷൻ വർക്കിന്റെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഉദ്ദേശം 2500 മീറ്റർ കോറത്തുണി (105 സെ. മീ. വീതിയുള്ള) സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
1. മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിനു പുറത്ത് കോറത്തുണി വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. 29-10-2007 പകൽ ഒരു മണിക്കുള്ളിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ അതിനടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഏതു തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുന്നതിനും പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസർക്ക് പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഉായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ തൃശ്ശൂർ, പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

2. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ഫാറമൊന്നിന് 400 രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ (വിൽപ്പന നികുതി കൂടാതെ) 29-10-2007-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 12 മണി വരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
3. പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസർ, തൃശ്ശൂർ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ എടുത്തതും, തൃശ്ശൂരിൽ മാറാവുന്നതുമായ 1,000 രൂപ (ആയിരം രൂപ മാത്രം)യ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും, 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്തതും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം.
4. 29-10-2007-ന് പകൽ 3.30 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ദർഘാസ് കൃഷി ഡയറക്ടറുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
5. ഒരു മീറ്റർ കോറത്തുണിയുടെ നിരക്കാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേത്. തുണിയുടെ സാമ്പിളും ദർഘാസിൽ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം.
6. വിജയിയാകുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരൻ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 5% വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡൊപ്പോസിറ്റ് ന ൽ േ ക ത ാണ ് .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following items to the department of Mathematics, Government College, Chittur to be purchased under the DST-FIST grant.
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. A5-1406/07 DST-FIST and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 2 p. m. on 23-10-2007. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 23-10-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Sealed tenders are invited for concluding rate contract for the supply of the following Medical Gases required for the hospital attached to Medical College, Kottayam for a period of one year from the date which will be specified in the order.

Rate quoted should be for each unit of the said specification Rates should be quoted separately for price of Gas filled in Cylinder inclusive of all taxes at the Store/ Godown of tender (Location should be specified) and for transportation (to and fro) from the Store/Godown to the hospital at Gandhinagar, Kottayam including charges for loading and unloading (i.e. Door delivery). Rates for repair, charges of valves should also be quoted separately. The tender (in original) should be signed and superscribed on the envelope as "Tender No. C3/308/2006/MCK Medical Gases" and addressed to the Principal, Medical College, Kottayam-8. So as to reach on or before 17-10-2007, 4. p. m. Tender received after the notified time will not be entertained. The duly filled up tenders with Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 10,000 will be opened on 18-10-2007 at I. P. Grade9 2.30 p. m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time. If the date of opening happens to be holiday, tenders will be opened on the next working day.
The rate offered should be inclusive of all taxes and F.O.R. destination and stable during the period of contract.
The prescribed tender forms can be had from this office on direct cash remittance of Rs. 788 (including taxes) for original and Rs. 450 (including taxes) for duplicate. If the form is required by post Rs. 40 towards postal charges also be added to the Money Order, E.M.D. Rs. 10,000. No other modes of remittance will be allowed.
