Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of equipments for EDG and PLC Lab. in Electrical Engineering Department of Maharaja's Technological Institute , Thrissur.
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. 6/2007-08 due on 29-10-2007, 3 p.m. and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's Technological Institute, Thrissur- 20. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 30-10-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised agents , who may be present at that time.
Tender forms can be obtained from the College office on every working day between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The cost of tender form is Rs . 450 (400+ VAT) . have to send Rs . 490 (450 + 40 ) ( Postal Charge)by Money Order only to the Principal, Maharaja's Those who need tender forms by post will Technological Institute, Thrissur-20 . Duplicate tender forms if required wiil be issued at Rs. 225 (Rs. 200+ VAT). The cost of tender forms is not refundable . An agreement on stamp paper worth Rs . 50 will have to be executed along with the tendered amount is to be deposited as EMD vide DD along with the tender.
Sale of tenders willbe closed at 2 p . m. on 29-10-2007 and last date of receipt of ten lers is at 3 p.m. on the same day. The tenders will open at 11 a.m. on 30-10-2007 . Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
