"Whether the denial of employment to Smt. Elsa Sijo by the management of M/s Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, Medical Mission Hospital is justifiable ?justifiable ? If not, what relief she is entitled to get ?" (1)

Whereas, theGovernment are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Secretary, Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, Medical Mission Hospital, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District and the worker of the above referred establishment Smt. Elsa Sijo , Chakramackal House , South Basar , Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order .
Whereas, the Government are ofopinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Manager , Udhanasraman Estate , Palanikavu, Anavilasam 2.O. , (2) M/ s Kallar Services , Reg . No. 1398/97, Ramakkalmeda- 685 552 , Nedumkandam and the workmen of the above referred establishment represented by the General Secretary , Malanadu Plantation Employee's Union, CITU , Puliyanmala in respect of matters mentioned in the sanexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d ) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Goverament hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) theGovernment hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication 19 the Industrial Tribuaal, Palakkad . Andwhereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;

The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .

James, (12) Revashi , (13 ) Saraswathy, ( 14) Palani , (15) S. Kannan, ( 16) Sofla , ( 17) Latha, (18) Chakkarayamma , ( 19 ) Jyothi , (20) S. Raj Ganapathi , ( 21 ) R. Arumugham, (22) G. Danalakshmi , (23) Thanku.

The Secretary , SDTTA Hospital , Chottanikkara, Ernakulam District and the workmen of the above referred establishment Sri K. V. Abraham, Kanjirathinkal , Mulanthuruthy in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Executive Director, (Sales and Operations ) , M.I.L. Controls Ltd., Meladoor P. O. , Mala - 680 741 and the workmen of the above referred establishment Sri Sabu George, Chittathu House , Kurumassery P. O. , Pin 683 579 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order :
Andwhereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in excrcise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Ernakulam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months .
ANNEXURE
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act of XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Palakkad. The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .
