Sealed and Competitive tenders in the prescribed form are invited from the manufacturers or authorized suppliers for the supply of Inorganic Chemicals for Various Departments of Medical College, Kozhikode.
The Total Approximate cost is Rs. 4,50,000.
Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal, Medical College, Kozhikode directly on payment of Rs. 416 (Rupees four hundred and sixteen only) on or before 12-11-2007, 3.30 p.m. or by registered post on or before 1-11-2007 producing Money Order taken in favour of Principal, Medical College, Kozhikode for Rs. 453 (Rupees four hundred and fifty three only). The cost of Duplicate Tender form is Rs. 208. Tenders should be superscribed as "S2-11178/07/MCC" and addressed to the Principal, Medical College, Kozhikode. Tenders should be submitted on or before 13-11-2007, 11 a.m. Belated tenders will not be accepted. Each tender should be submitted along with an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and EMD @ 1% of the total cost of the items tendered for. The tenders will be opened on 13-11-2007, 11.30 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives.
Rate should be quoted in Indian rupees only against payment. The tenders, which do not satisfy the conditions, without the agreement and with insufficient Earnest Money Deposit are liable to be rejected without any notice.
