Competitive Tenders in two separate sealed covers for Pre - qualification and execution of the following work is invited by the Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from Firms /Registered A' Class Contractors of any State P.W.D. , Irrigation Department , CPWD , Port Trusts having previous experience in Building and Architectural works and who have executed atleast a single similar work previously amounting to Rs . 52 lakhs.

The intending bidders must possess the machinery required for the work or must be able to arrange the machineries as mentioned below.

സാമ്പത്തിക ഭദ്രതയുള്ളവരും ടി പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറെ ടുക്കാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരുമായ കരാറുകാർ കഴിഞ്ഞ കാല ങ്ങളിൽ സമാനസ്വഭാവമുള്ള 52 ലക്ഷം രൂപയിൽ കുറ യാതെയുള്ള ഒരു പ്രവൃത്തിയെങ്കിലും ഏറെറടുത്ത് തൃപ്തികരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയതായി എക്‌സിക ട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പദവിയിൽ കുറയാ കുറയാത്ത ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. കരാറുകാർ മേൽപ്പടിപ്രവൃത്തി ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യ മായ താഴെ പറയുന്ന മെഷീനറികൾ കൈവശം ഉളവരോ ഏർപ്പാടാക്കാൻ കഴിവുള്ളവരോ ആയിരിക്കണം .

The Pre- qualification tenders alone will be opened on 30-10-2007 at 3. 30 p . m . and will be submitted to the Chief Engineer for scrutiny and evaluation by the Committee constituted for this purpose. Only the tenders of those who have been pre.qualified will be opened later and the date of opening of the tenders of the contractors/ firmswho have been pre - qualified will be intimated later. The work is purely skilled and no preference will be given to Labour Cantract Co - operative Societies for this tender . The undersigned reserves and tender documen the right to deny any application for pre- qualification tender documents and to reject the tender submitted by the applicant without assigning any reason .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോദങ്ങൾ തറമുഖ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പ് പദ്ധതി സർക്കിൾ , ആശ്രാമം , കൊല്ലം -2 ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നു. 22-10-2007 മുതൽ 25-10-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും നികുതിയും അടച്ച് യോഗ്യത തെളിയിക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കി രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . പ്രവൃത്തിക്കുള്ള ദർഘാസ് , പ്രവൃത്തി യുടെ പേരും മറ്റും കവറിന്റെ മുകളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 31-10-2007-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്കു മുൻപായി അിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാൽ അഥവാ സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്‌റാ" മുഖേന കൊല്ലം ഹാർബർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് പദ്ധതി സർക്കിൾ, സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനിയർക്ക് ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . 31-10-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ആയത് തപാൽ തകരാറുമൂലമോ മരത്തെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാലോ ആയാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഇങ്ങനെയുണ്ടാകുന്ന കാല താമസത്തിന് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറ് യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല , ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ സർക്കാർ പൊതു അവധിയായിഅവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിപ്രഖ്യാപ ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം വൈകു ന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ഒപ്പിട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കേ ബതും അതോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , പ്രോജക്ട‌് സർക്കിൾ , കൊല്ലം -2 എന്ന പേരിൽ ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം നിയമപ്രകാരം കെട്ടിവച്ച തിന്റെ ഖ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുമാണ് . അപ്രകാരം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന . വകുന്നേരം 4.30 - ന് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ വർ രേഖാമൂലം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള പ്രതി നിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ * ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൻറ പം പീരിയഡ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം മുതൽ 4 മാസം വരെ ആയിരിക്കും . കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസ് സംസംബന്ധമായ എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളു ദർഘാസ് പരിഗണനയ്ക്കുള്ള മാറ് അനുബന്ധ ഉത്തരവുകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് ( ആർ . ററി . ) 255 / 2004 / എഫ്.ആൻറ് ๑๒. നമ്പർ 29-6-2001 -ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവും അനുബന്ധ ഉത്തരവുകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധക മായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് ഫോരങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളോ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ തന്നെ നിരസി ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് .
