Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between Sri M. Anandan, Southern Curry Powder, Kattikkunnu , Chemp P.O. , Vaikom and the workman of the above referred establishment Shri Vinodkumar , S. , Puthukkattuthara , Thuruthumma , Chemp 2.O. , Vaikom in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The President/ Secretary, Kannoth Ksheerolpadaka Sahakarana Sangham Ltd. No. D71 (D) , APCOS , Kannoth P.O. , Kodenchery Via . , Kozhikode District and the worker of the above referred establishment Smt. Sumathy, A.S .. Ellathumkudy House , Kannoth P. O., Chooramunda, Kodenchery , Kozhikode District in respect of matters to this order; mentioned in the annexure
Andwhereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferredby section 10 ( 1 ) ( d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) theGovernment hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal, Idukki . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months.

47 Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferredby section 10 ( 1 ) ( d ) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Palakkad . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) , the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kozhikode .
