In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub - rule (4 ) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby re- appoint Sri K. R. Thulaseedharan Nair , Advocate , Kailas , Ahladapuram, Chempazhanthi P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram as a Notary forfor a further period of five years with effect from 2-8-2007 in the area comprising the Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram with Register No. 37 / 97 /TVPM

Govinda Pillai , Advocate & Notary Public , Gokulam , Alumoodu , Via . Muckathala, Kollam District from the Register of Notaries since it is revealed that there is misconduct and failure in discharge of duties from his part as a Notary .

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( d) of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with rule 13 ( 12 ) (b) ( i ) of the Notaries Rules , 1956 , the Government of Kerala hereby remove the names of Shri K. M. Unni , Advocate & Notary, Thrissur and Shri Jose K. Jones , Advocate & Notary, Thrissur from the Register of Notaries since it is proved that there is misconduct and failure in discharge of duties on their part as Notaries .
