Whereas, the Divisional Manager, Southern Railway, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court an amount of Rs. 3,01,840 (RupeesThree lakhs one thousand eight hundred and forty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependants of the deceased workman Sri G. Sudhakaran who met with a fatal accident on 15-3-2006 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer .
are the And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer , Chirayinkeezhu it is understood that the following persons dependants of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 ( 1 ) ( d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependants mentioned above . Claims ifany preferred thereafter will not be considered.
ഡിവിഷണൽ മാനേജർ സ തേൺ റെയിൽ വേ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി ശ്രീ . ജി. സുധാകരൻ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ദപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി 3,01,840 രൂപ (മൂന്നുലക്ഷത്തിഒരായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റിനാല്‌പത് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് , തൊഴിലാളി കൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ററിലെ 2 ( 1 ) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാൻ c017 (1 ) ( 1๑๓ ๑๓ ( 30 ) , (2) കു 001 വിനീത ( അവിവാഹിതയായ മകൾ) കുന്നുവിള വീട് , കുറക്കട പി . ഒ . , കിഴുവിലം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളുവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു . അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രി തരാണെന്ന അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന 310' ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് คลาว" บางว ว 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എൻറെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതും ആയത് ഒരു ളിയിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . നിർമ്മിഷ വാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേടിപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്‌തികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശ വാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

"ബാർഡ്" ചാലക്കുടി 3,62,700 രൂപ (മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തി അറുപത്തിരണ്ടായിരത്തി എഴുന്നൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . വർക്കുമെൻസ് ৫০০ mm 2 ) ۱ ( ) رحيمه(۱مه അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശിവന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) ശ്രീമതി കവിത ( ഭാര്യ) , (2) കൃഷ്ണ ( മൈനർ മകൾ) , (3) കീർത്തന ( മൈനർ ), (4) ( গান ( ") , (5) ദുഗ്മിണി' ( മാതാവ് ) പോട്ടക്കാരൻ ഫസ ", കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പിളളി പി . ഒ , പരിയാരം , പാലക്കുടി (വി) . എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളുവെന്ന് ചാലക്കുടി അസിസ്ററം ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട ' , അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആ ശ്രീതമാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാവുന്ന മററാര ജിലു മുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗസററിൽ പ്രസിദ്‌ധീകരിച്ച" 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എൻറ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . നി‌മിഷ സമയപരിധിക്കുകം യാതൊരു അവകാശ വാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്ത‌ികൾക്കുവ്യക്‌തികൾക്ക് വിതരണംതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണി നമ്പർ എ -747 / 2007 .
