SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Tenders are invited for the setting up of language lab for a total amount of Rs . 1,50,000 under Plan Scheme 2007-08.
Application for the tender forms shouldbe accompa nied by cash remittance of Rs . 450 at the college officer orby M.O. , which is the price fixed for a Form and which is not refundable under any circum- stances . Sole of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p.m. on 16-11-2007. Drafts , Cheques , Postage Stamps, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The Forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender form, ifany requiredwillbe issued at Rs. 225 ( ie . , Rs.200+ VAT) per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form . Tender forins transferable. are not The Tenders should be superscribed with Tender No. 2/2007-08 for the setting up of anguage lab -Plan Fund 2007-08 " and addressed to the Principal, Govt . College of Teacher Education, Thalassery-670 101. Last Date for the receipt of tender is 16-11-2007, 5 p.m. Late tenders will not he entertained . Tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 17-11-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Every tender should be accompanied by an E.M.D. @ 1% ( ie . Rs . 1,500) of the total cost of the article tendered for . E.M.D. maybe forwarded by wayof D.D. payable at State Bank of India, Thalassery Branch. An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 is to be submitted along with the tender.
The Principal reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Govt . College of Teacher Education , Thalassery-670 101 , obtain the requisite tender forms onwhich tenders shouldbe submitted. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 400+ VAT ( ie . , Rs . 450).

ടെണ്ടർ കവറിൽ പുറത്ത " sad അവസാന 2/07-08 ระดับ സജ മാക്കുന്നത ന . ard 2007-08 " എന്നെഴുതി (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺ മെൻറ് കോളേജ് ഓഫ" ടീച്ചർ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ , തലശ ശേരി , -670 101 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സമർ പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് , ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവ തീയതി 16-11-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെയാണ് . താമസിച്ച ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെറുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്ന താണ് . ലഭിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 17-11-2007 - നു രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക നൽകിയവരുടെ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്ത യവരുടെ സാന്നിയ ധ്യത്തിൽ Coco 450 (400-2000 ) കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. களார் 16-11-2007 க 2.30 മണി വരെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്' . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറൻ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക് ഡിഡി പോസ് റാൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടന്നൂർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല , ടെണ്ടറിന്റെ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ തുറക്കുന്നതാm , d له 000 1% തുക ( 1,500 രൂപ) നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി 1 % m അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം സ്‌റേററ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ തലശ്ശേരി ശാഖയിൽ മാറ്റാവുന്ന ഡി.ഡി. ആയിരിക്കണം . ടെണ്ടറിന്റെ കൂടെ 50 രൂപ മുഖവിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടടാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഉടമ്പടിയും സമർപ്പി ക്കാത്ത ടെണ്ടാകം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ" . യഥാർത്ഥ വാങ്ങിയവർക്ക് ആവശ്യമാണെങ്കിൽ 225 രൂപ അധികമായി അടച്ചാൽ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറം ലഭിക്കു ന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോരങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവനുമായോ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനും ഉളള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തത com".

പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫക്കാറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതൻ പട്ട ഹക്ക ങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യത്തിലേക്കു ഒ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കണ്ട്.
