Whereas, the Deputy Labour Commissioner , Workmen's Compensation , Thrissur has deposited with this Court an amount of Rs . 4,01,300 (Rupees four lakhs one thousand and three hundred only) asWorkmen's Compensation payable to the dependents ofthe deceased workman Sri M. R. Gopakumar who met with a fatal accident on 10-12-2005 arising out ofand in the course of his employment as Lineman under the above employer Executive Engineer, KSEB, Chalakkudy . And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangadu , it is understood that R. Lekha, Vijayasree, Punkumoodu , Venkode, Vattappara, Thiruvananthapuram ( Sister) is the dependent of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act,1923.
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependants of the deceased workman should prefer their claims in writing before me within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.zette. IfIf nono suchsuch claims are received withinwithin the stipulated time limit, the entire amount ofcompen- sation will be disbursed to the dependant mentioned above. Claims , if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.
കേരള റേററ് ഇലക്ട്രിസിറ്റി ബോർഡിൽ ചാലക്കുടി ഡിവിഷൻ എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കീഴിൽ ലൈൻമാനായി ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ (ശ്രീ . എം . ആർ . ഗോപകുമാറിന്റെ ആശി തർ തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി 4,01,300 രൂപ (നാല് ലക്ഷത്തി ഒരായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1 ) (ഡി ) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതമായി സഹോദരി ആർ , ലേഖ , വിജയശ്രീ , പുങ്കുമുട് , വട്ടപ്പാറ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളുവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരി ക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന 200 ആരെങ്കിലുമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . നിർദ്ദിഷ സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്തതിക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആവകാശവാ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

ആശ്രിതർക്ക് (ശ്രീ , കെ. എസ" , മാധവൻ നായർ , കെ. എസ്.എം. തലവെട്ടാംപാറ , അയിലൂർ പി . ഒ. , പാലക്കാട് എന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ അപകടമുണ്ടായി 24-7-2002-ാം തീയതി രതീഷ്കുമാർ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ mataJ000 നൽകുന്നതിനായി ശ്രീ . കെ. എസ്. മാധവൻ നായർ 5,41,075 (അഞ്ച് ലക്ഷത്തി നാല്പത്തിഒന്നായിരത്തി എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ ഒട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു . വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്ടിലെ 2 ( 1 ) (ഡി ) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം മരണമടഞ്ഞ മതീഷ്കുമാറിൻറെ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) കൃഷ്‌ണൻകുട്ടി (പിതാവ്) , (2) തങ്കം ( മാതാവ്) , കൃഷണ കട്ടപ നടക്കാവ് , വിത്തനശ്ശേരി , നെൻമാറ പി . ഒ, എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളുവെന്ന് നെൻമാറ അസ് സ്‌റാൻറ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാവുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗസറിൽ പ്രസിദ്‌ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എൻറെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതു . തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . നിർദിഷ പരിധിക്കകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചി ല്ലെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്‌തികൾക്ക വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
