In exercise of the powers conferred by stations 3and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub- rule (4) of rule 8 of theNotaries Rules , 1956, the Goverament of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri Jamal Humain, Advocate, Subhana Industrial Estate Road, Near Town Hall, Manjeri-676 121 as Notary for a further period of five yearswith effect from 7-8-2006 in the area comprising Ermand Nitambu Tales the Revenue District of Malappuram with Register No. 5/97 MPM.
