CONDITIONE
1. Registered " A " Class Contractors /Firms in Irrigation Department /Kerala Public Works Department who have experience in carrying out large works and who consider themselves capable of carrying out those type of works may obtain Pre -qualification documents and tender documents from the office of the undersigned on any working day between 11 a. m . and 4 p. m. from 19-11-2007 to 24-11-2007 on payment of Rs. 4,000 +VAT+VAT in cash directly . Those who require further copies of the documents may depositRs . 2,000+ VAT for cach additional copy.
2. Prospective Contractors/ firms should have completed at least one work with Estimate PAC a specified in the tender notice . A certificate to this effect from the agreement executing authority shall be enclosed along with the application for pre - qualification documents and tender documents , failing which the pre - qualifica- tion documents will not be issued to hirm/them (Applicant ) (Applications without this certificate will not be consider. d) . The Contractors / firms should attach an affidavit along with the pre - qualification documents stating that whether or notnot anyany worksworks carrried outby him/they were terminatedtermina due to his the ir fauit so far. Documents showing the ownership of the casential plants , machineries required for the work is to be submitted along with thepre -qualification documents
3. The pre - qualification documents and tender documents will not be issued after + p.m. on 24-11-2007under any circumstances. The culy filled up pre- qualification documents (3 Nos .) along with E.M.D. and preliminary agreement in one sealed cover and tender for work in another sealed cover , writing clearly over the cover specifying whether it contains pre- qualification documents or tender documents with name of bidder and name of work and then enciosingsing these two covers in a single cover duly superscribing the name of work and the name of contractor and shall be send by registered post so as to reach the office of the undersigned before + p. m. on 29-11-2007 . The pre -qualification documents and tender documents received sfter the time notified above will not be considered under any circumstances . The tenders received after the stipulated date and time due to postal delays tender through courier service or directly will notbe accepted. The undersigned reserves the right to deny pro-qualification to any of the applicant and to rejet the under submitted by any of the applicant without assigning any reason thereto. If the last date of receipt of the tender happens to be a holiday, tenders will be n ceived upto the stipulated time on the next working day. Preliminary agrament on stamp paper worth Rs. 50 duly filled up and signed ( to be enclosed with pre- qualification documents) and sufficient Earnestcat Moncy D. posit duly pledged in favouvour of Superintending Engineer, Irrigation South Circle, T nanthapuram should beenclosed in a parte sealed cover superscribing " Earnest Money" and attach separately to the cover containing pro- qualification documents for the works . Tenders received without the above mentioned documents shall summarily be rejected. of
4 The pre- qualification documents alone will be opened at 4.30 p. m. cn 29-11-2007. After evaluation of pre- qualification documents in the office of the undersigned, the same will be submitted to the Chief of Engineer , Irrigation & Administration for approval and final selection by the pre- qualification Commitice ituce of Chief Engineers . Only those tenders , submitted by the contracton /firms who are pre- qualified by the Chief Engineers Committee shall be opened and scrutinized later on . Tenders of contractors / firms who have not been pre- qualified will be summarily rejected without opening the tenders and willbe eturned to the tenderers on proper receipt.
5. The date and time of opening of tenders ofwork of contractors /firms who are pre- qualified willbe intimated to the concerned in advance. Besides security de posit 10 % Bank Guarantee should be submitted by the selected bidder at the time of executing agreement . All the conditions prevailing in Irrigation Department regarding pre - qualification bids and tenders for works will be applicable to this tender also.

നിശിത യോഗ്യതയുള്ള അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും മൽസരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ 23-11-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം തപാലിൽ ആലേഖന 4 മണിവരെ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്തത് ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു. കൊറിയർ സർവ്വീസുകൾ വഴി സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന 3ർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . തപാലിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാലതാമസ ങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം അവധിയായാൽ അതിൻറ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ടി സമയം വരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന ഫ്ഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ alammalam.4.30 -m തുറക്കുന്നയായിരിക്കും .
