( 1 ) താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ സർവെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961 - ലെ കേരള സർവെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്‌ധിച്ച ആകില (1961-37-0.5 ) 13-0 . വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു .
(2) (പസ്തുത ആക്‌ടിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന സർവെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ സർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡും നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും അതിൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുളള അഅതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി ന ർണ്ണയി ക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നുള തിൻറെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

1. It is hereby notified under Section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act , 1961 ( Act 37 of 1961) that the survey of the undermentioned areas are now completed.
2. Unless the survey hereby notified is modiñed by a decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of Section 14 of the said Act, the records of the survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded ,
