1. Contractors Firms should execute Govern- ment works of similar nature costing Rs. 300 lakhs cach during the last five financial years ( Annual turn over) .
2. Contractors /Firms should have satisfactorily completed a single work at least not less than Rs . 200 lakhs ( estimate PAC ) during the last 3 years.
3. Contractors/Firms should have a francia! capacity of producing bank guarantee at 10% of contract amount of the work at the time of executing agreement .

in The filled up and signed pre -qualificationbids along with all required proforma and questionaires and certificates ( in triplicate) with B. M. D. for Rs . 50,000 pledged in favour of undersigned with executed preliminary agreement stamp paper for Rs . 50 in one sealed cover (P.Q. bid cover) and tender schedule ( price bid) in another cover superscribing the name of work and the pre- qualification bids as in the case may be sent by registered post so as to reach the office of the under- signed before the time specified for each work . The department will not be responsible for any delay or lots in delivering by post. ( Courier Service will notbe accepted) . The date receiving tender happened to be a public holiday , the tender will be received very next working day in the specified time.
The P. Q. bids will be opened on specified time for each work and will be submitted to Chief Engineer'sCommittee for scrutiny and finalisation of pre- qualification panels. The cover containing tender schedule ( Price Bid) will be opened only after the finalisation of P. Q. bids by Chief Engineer's Committee and only those of the bidders who have become pre - qualified for the particular work The date and time of opening of price bid will be intimated to the pre - qualified contractors / firms concerned in time . The tenders of those who have not become qualified will not be considered on any account.
The tenders of the contractora / firms without required E. M. D. of Rs. 50,000 pledged in the name of undersigned and the executed preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs . 50 in cover No. 1 ( Technical Bid) will be summarily rejected.
The conditions in G. O. (P) 84 /97 / PW & T dated 19-8-1997 and its amendments and all other conditions prevailing in K.P.W.D. regarding the pre -qualification bids and tenders will remain unchanged and are equally applicable to the above work also . The undersigned reserves the right to roject all or any of the tenders of pre - qualification bids without assigning any reasons . Price prefereno of 10% of the contract amount of the lowest quoted contractor may be allowed to tender submitted by Messers Kerala State Construction Corporation Limited. All the rules in PWD regarding the tenders are applicable to this tender also . Department is not responsible for any postel delay in receiving tender .

2. അപേക്ഷകർ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ എസ്ററിമേറ msan 154 வக . രൂപയെങ്കിലും - കരാറിൽ തൃപ്തികരമായി കഴിഞ്ഞ 3 വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഏറെറടുത്ത് പൂർത്തി കരിച്ചിരിക്കണം .
3. 530,00 തുകയുടെ 10 % ബാങ്ക് സാമ്പത്തിക ഗ്യാരൻറി നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ശേഷി ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . ഇതിനായി ഈ തരുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരിൽ ബാങ്ക് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം .
മുൻയോഗ്യതതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവൃത്തിക്കുമുള ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻറ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും സൂചിപ്പിച്ചപൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന1 തീയതിക്ക് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.15 -നും 4 മണിക്കും ഇടയിൽ 4,000 രൂപ +എസ്രൂപ +എസ് , ററി , + എ . എസ് , ററി . റി , അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അഅവസാന ദിവസം യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല, ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി അതാതു പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസം നാലുമണി വരെയാണ് .

( കൊറിയർ സർവ്വീസിൽ വരുന്ന തപാലുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ) തപാൽ തകരാറുമൂലമോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാലോ നിശ്ചിത സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറ് യാതൊരുവിധമായ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും ഏറെറടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ സർക്കാർ പൊതു അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസം നിശ്ചിത സമയംവരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
2. അപേക്ഷകർ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ എസ്റിമേറ് അടങ്കൽ തുക 200 ലക്ഷം രൂപയെങ്കിലും മറ കരാറിൽ തൃപ തികരമായി കഴിഞ്ഞ 3 വർഷ ത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഏററടുത്ത് പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചി രിക്കണം .
3. 50000 " തുകയുടെ 10 % ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരൻറി നൽകുന്നതിനുള സാമ്പത്തിക ശേഷി ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . ഇതിനായി ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരിൽ ബാങ്ക് തരുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം .
4. താഴെ പറയുന്ന മെഷിനറികൾ സ്വന്തമായി ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
(എ) ലോറി ടിപ്പർ 5 എണ്ണം .
( ബി) ഫോയിസ്ററ്-6 എണ്ണം.
(സി) സിമൻറ് കോൺക്രീററ്
മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനുള്ള ദർഘാസി നോ ടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ട 250,000 യുടെ നിരത്ര്യവും مدالم പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും 50,000 ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം സെൻട്രൽ സർക്കിൾ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനിയറുടെ പേരിൽ നിക്ഷേപിച്ചതോ പണയപ്പെടുത്തിയതോ മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനുള ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രം ദർഘാസ* സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് നിശ്ചയിച്ച അവസാന ദിവസം വൈകിട്ട് 4.30 -ന് തുറക്കുന്നതും പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെീയറുടെ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ പരിഗണനയ്ക്കും അംഗീകാരത്തിനു വേണ്ടി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയര് ജുൻഗണന നിശ്ചയിച്ച് അംഗീകരിച്ച കരാറുകാരുടെയും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെയും പ്രവൃത്തി ക്കുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രമേ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുക യുളളു . ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ യോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയ ത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാത്ത കരാറുകാരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കാതെ തന്നെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതായി രിക്കും .
(ഡി) വൈബ്രേറർ -7 എണ്ണം .
കരാറുകാരുടെ/സ്ഥാപന ങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ സമയവും തീയതിയും9?യും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവരെ മുൻകൂട്ടി ന്നതായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുവാനുള്ള അവകാശവും താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഓഫീസർക്ക ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും .ം . പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിന്റെ ദർഘാ സുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
