ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി 2 /2183 /ജി , ഇ . സി . / 07 , തീയതി 16-11-2007 ഇവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗ സ്ഥന" 15-11-2007 , 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ്പ് സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ. പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 16-11-2007-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
