The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Written (Discriptive Type) Test held on 2-12-2006 and the verification of original documents ofcandidates included in the probability list published on 12-3-2007 for the post of Clerk Typist (Ex- Servicemen only ) on Rs . 3050-5230 (PR) in the Sainik Welfare Department in Pathanamthitta District notified in the Gazette dated 25-4-2006 (Category No. 16/2006 ) and arranged in the order of merit . The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 10-7-2007 . The ranked list will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier . Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable , against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list . As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies , there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment . The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list .
Accordingto the existing procedure , revaluation of answer script is not allowed . But answer scripts willbe re-checked to see that all answers are valued and that there is no mistakes in the totalling of marks to the various answers if the prescribed foc of Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account 0051 - PSC- 105 - State PSC-99 Examination Fee" . The original chalan receipt together with the application for re-checking should reach the District Officer , K.P.S.C. District Office, Pathanamthitta with in one month from the date of official publication of the Ranked List . The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account . The application for re- checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. In the case of candidates who send application for rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above , the marks awardedby the examiner for the questions willbe re -checked and if it is found that the examiner has omitted to award marks for a question sub division of a question the paper will be got re-checked and the discrepancies rectified . In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
