The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lists.

The candidates belonging to Backward Classes included in the Short List who are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 36/2000/ SCST/DD dated 27-5-2000 shall produce the same at the time of interview. Those in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates.

The date, time and place of physical efficiency test in the list are in their sequence and does not in any way indicate the respective rank of the candidate on the basis of the marks secured in the OMR Test. The Original Certificates to prove date of Birth, Community, Qualifications, Experience etc. in respect of the candidates will be verified before the Ranked List is finalised and published. The candidates who have obtained 66 (Sixty Six) marks and above in the list are included in the main list of this Probable List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Community included in the Supplementary Lists. The date, time and Venue fixed for verification of documents is published along with this notification.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks in the various answers if the prescribed fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten Only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan under the Head of Account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The application for rechecking together with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application. Such applications addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations) I, Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace P. O., Thiruvananthapuram- 695 004 should reach the office within 30 days from the day on which the notification is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above, the answer script will be rechecked. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

വിമുക്ത ഭടൻമാർ, കായികതാരങ്ങൾ, വികലാംഗർ എന്നീ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേകാനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുങ്കെിൽ ആയത് തെളിയിക്കു ന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ°ികൾ നേരിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേതി നാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻകൂട്ടി അപേക്ഷിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം കൂടുതൽ സമയം അ ന ു വ ദ ി ക്ക ു ക േ യ ാ വ ീ ു ം ഒ ര വ സ ര ം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ°ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേതാണ്.

ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വികലാംഗരായ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ°ികളുടേയും അസ്സൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന യോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനുള്ള ഇന്റർവ്യൂ എന്നിവയുടെ സമയവും തീയതിയും സ്ഥലവും പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കുന്ന താണ്. ആയതിലേക്ക് വ്യക്തിഗത കത്തുകൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന താണ്.

But answer scripts will be rechecked if the prescribed fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten Only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105- State-PSC-99 Examination Fee". The application for recheckng together with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad should reach this office within one month from the day on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission or within one month from the date of publication of Ranked list. However the candidates can avail only one chance for rechecking. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Short List shall have to submit application for rechecking within one month from the date of this Short List. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
