RE-TENDER NOTICE

No.GWA/691/2007.
Sealed tenders are invited for the execution ofOpen Well Drinking Water Supply Scheme at Pooppankara Colony in Ward- 14 of Mulakkuzha Grama Panchayat under Chengannur Block Panchayat Vikasanam-2006-07. Kerala
The tenders should be superscaibed with tender number and name of work in sealed addressed to the District Officer Ground Water Department , Pazhaveedu P.O. , Alappuzha -9 , Kerala State. Late tenders will not be accepted . Tender forms will not be send by VPP . The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender forms will refunded. Sale of render form will be closed at 1 p. m. on 26-11-2007- cover and not be Tender No.-GWA/ 691 /2007 /T ( 1 ) .
The teaders duly filled should reach the undersigned onon or before 26-11-2007, 3 p . m . and it willbe opened on the same day at 3.30 p . m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised agents .
Description of work Drinking Water Supply Scheme for Chengannur Block Panchayat at Pooppankara Colony in Ward -14Mulakkuzha Grama Panchayat -Open Well Construction using rubble work and CGrings and 30000 liters ground level masonry water tank as per sketch and specification , Loying of pipe line. Erection of pump and pump house Laying of Pumping main , including tap connection, Electrification and pumping water to the tank for arranging distribution.
Estimate amount (PAC)-Rs. 6,42,150.

Cost of tender form :
Original-Rs . 850+VAT. Duplicate Rs. 4004-VAT
The tenderers should be executing a preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 with each tender. Stamp paper will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala along with the tender form on payment ofRs . 100 (Rupees hundred only) including the postal charge, which may be remitted as money orders or in cash directly along with the cost of tender form EMD aloalong with the tender formorm as Demand Draft in favour of the District Officer , Ground Water Department, Pazhaveedu P. O. , Alappuzha payable at Alappuzha . If the last day 1 the date of opening of the tender turns to be a holiday, the next working day willbe taken as the lastworking day of opening of tender . The works shouldbe completed within two months after the receipt of the work order.
Period of completion-2 Monthr The District Officer is empowered to cancel or reject the tender without assigning thereof. ജോലിയുടെ വിവരം - ചെങ്ങന്നൂർ ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചാ യത്ത് കേരള വികസനം - 2006-07 പ്രകാരം... മുളക്കുഴ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ വാർഡ" 14-03 988 പൂപ്പങ്കര കോളനിയിൽ റബിളും സി . സി . റിംഗ്സും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തുറന്ന കിണർ നിർമ്മിച്ച് പമ്പിംഗ" മുതലായവ ഘടിപ്പിച്ച് 30,000 സ്കാണശേഷിയുളള മേന മെയിൻ് ലിറ്റർ സംഭരണശേഷിയുള്ള മേസനറി വാട്ടർ ടാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും പൈപ്പ് ലൈൻ വ്യാപനം നടത്തി വൈദ്യുതികണക്‌ഷൻ സഥാപിച്ച പൊതു ടാപ്പുകളിലൂടെ കുടിവെള്ള നടത്തുന്നതുവരെയുള്ള ജോലികൾ. വിതരണം അടങ്കൽ തുക രൂപ 6,42,150.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ "ജില്ലാ ആഫി സർ , മുജല വകുപ്പ് , പഴവീട് പി . ഒ . , ആലപ്പുഴ -9 " എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പറും പേരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മച്ച കവറിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട്താണ് . എത്തുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യയാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ ചൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാ വുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല . 26-11-2007 -ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണി വരെ ഫാറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച 26.11.2007 ന് ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 3 മണി വരെ ക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നോം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരാകുന്ന സ്വീകരി കാാറുകാര്യടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിച്ച് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ് .
(അൻപത് രൂ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ 50 രൂപ മാത്രം ) മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാ സിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തു നിന്നുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കും വ്യക്ത‌ികൾക്കും മുമ് പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ പത്ര വിലയും തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 100 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായോ പണമായോ ർഘാസ് വിലയോടൊപ്പമോ അടയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതാണ ' ദർഘാസിൽ പറഞ്ഞിര ക്കുന്ന നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൻ തുകയുടെ 2.5% എന്ന ജില്ലാ ആഫീസർ , ഭൂജലവകുപ്പി , ആലപ്പുഴ വിലാസത്തിൽ ആലപ്പുഴയിൽ താാവുന്ന ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ തുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധിയാകുന്ന പക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് പ്രവൃത്തി
ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ഉത്തരവ് നൽകി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അന്നുമുതൽ രണ്ട് മാസത്തിനകം പ്രസ്തു‌ത നിർമ്മാണ ജോലി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ล ว സുകൾ റദ്‌ദുചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്ന തിനോ ഉള്ള അവകാശം ജില്ലാ ആഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തത noan". കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്‌ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ് .

2. പ്രവൃത്തി സംബന്ധിച്ച കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ തൊടുപുഴയിലുള്ള ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
3. സർക്കാർ ടെണ്ടറുകളെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന എല്ല നിയമങ്ങളും മായിരിക്കും.
4. ടെർ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതുൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള തീരുമാ നങ്ങളെടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ജില്ലാ കാഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും .
5. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം ഒഴിവുദിവസം എരുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ അതേ സമയത്തുതന്നെ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
