Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments & Materials to the Science Departments of Government Arts and Science College, Kozhinjampara, under Plan Fund for the year 2007-08 for a total amount of Rs. 7,47,895 (Rupees seven lakh forty seven thousand eight hundred and ninty five only).
The tender should be superscribed ''No. 378/2007 Lab Equipments & Meterials under Plan Fund 2007-08" and addressed to the Special Officer, in charge of Principal, Government Arts & Science College, Kozhinjampara, Nattukal P. O., Palakkad, Pin-678 554 so as to reach this office not later than 30-11-2007, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders are available on all working days till 2 p. m. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderers of their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് തൽസമയം ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ കൊഴിഞ്ഞാംപാറ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആർട്ട്സ് ആന്റ ് സയൻസ് കോളേജ്, നാട്ടുകൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വാങ്ങേതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 728 (വില 700 + വാറ്റ് 28) രൂപയാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽവഴി വേവർ 760 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേതാണ്. ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും അടച്ച തുക മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസവും 2 മണിവരെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പി ക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും, ആനുപാതികമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും നൽകേതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഒഴിവാക്കേവർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ സമർപ്പി േ ക്ക ത ാ ണ ് .
ദർഘാസ് തീയതിയിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുന്നതിനോ റദ്ദാക്കുന്ന തിനോ ഉള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത മായിരിക്കും.
വിതരണം ചെയ്ത ലബോറട്ടറി ഉപകരണങ്ങളും മെറ്റീരിയൽസും ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ അധികാരികൾ പരിശോധി ച്ചതിനുശേഷമേ ബില്ലുകൾ പാസ്സാക്കുകയുള്ളു.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലെ രചന ശരീരം വകുപ്പിനാവശ്യമായ പട്ടികയിൽ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പാഠ്യോപകര ണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

The last date of receipt of tender is at 4 p.m. on 3-12-2007 and the tender will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the suppliers who are present at the time of opening.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
(3) 4. Every 1000 Nos. of rope Gabion shall deemed to be a lot. A representative gabion shall be selected from the lot by the Department for testing and the result should be collected from the approved agency and submit to department within seven days.
5. Random checking by weight will be done by the department for each lot of Gabion boxes.
6. The contractor shall bear all kind of testing/ certification charges for testing of Gabion material.
Specification of Rope
1. The rope shall have a minimum tensile strength of 1500 kg breaking strength.
2. Linear density of rope should be above 35gms/m.
3. Abrasion resistance should be 1400 kg at the end of 1000 cycles.
4. Thermal stability shall be 1400 kg strength retained after 3 hrs. explosure at 45 degree centigrade.
5. UV resistance should be 1400 kg (strength retain after 500 hours of UV explosure).
7. The supplier shall produce certificate for the quality of material as specified by the department while supplying for every 1000 unit of supplying from the approved agency.
8. The supplier shall arrange technical demonstration for tying top lid, packing rubble etc. to the departmental officers at site.
9. The payment for the supply will be made as per prevailing Government rules and no extra conditions in this regard is acceptable to the department.
10. The material shall be supplied at Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Alappuzha sites as directed by the department.
Specification of Net
1. Tensile strength should be 9500 kg/m.
2. Punching shear should be 5000 kg.
11. The rate quoted shall be excluding all taxes of State Government Tax at Government rate will be paid separately.
Specification of braid string
Braid string to be used for tying gabion lid shall be tested for 90 kg breaking strength.
The period of contract will be upto 31-3-2009.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. The suppliers should produce previous experience certificate of supplying Polymer rope Gabion boxes to Government or semi Government firms. The manufacturers/suppliers should have a track record of minimum five years in the field of manufacturing Polymer Gabion boxes and having successfully completed the supply within the specified time in the case of suppliers they have to produce authorized certification from the manufacturers so as to meet the above condition.
2. The suppliers should produce test certificate of the Gabion boxes from the approved standard agency during the course of supply. Copy of agreement for testing agency will be produced at the time of purchasing tender schedule (By LRA/ ABS/IIT).
3. The selected supplier should produce the sample along with test certificate and the Department have the right to test the material if necessary with any other agency at their cost for approval.
12. The supply shall be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase order. If the supply is not made within 15 days a fine of 5% of the cost of supply order will be imposed flatly for delay. If the supply is delayed further, the contract agreement will be terminated at the risk and cost of the supplier and the security deposit will be forfeited to the Government.
13. The tender schedule will be issued from the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Irrigation South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram upto 4p.m. on 29-11-2007 at a cost of Rs. 4000+Vat. The tender schedule will be issued to the contractors satisfying the special condition (1) & (2). The Superintending Engineer, Irrigation South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram reserves the right to issue tender schedule based on genuinely. The decision of the Superintending Engineer is final in the matter of disputes. The supplier shall also enclose EMD of Rs. 50,000 by way of demand draft in favour of Superintending Engineer, Irrigation South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram and payable at Thiruvananthapuram. The selected supplier shall execute an agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 50 and a security deposit for an amount of 5% of the quoted amount of the supply.
514. The supplier shall execute a preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 50 in the format supplied.
15. The filled tender should be submitted through registered/speed post of BSNL. The tender through courier service will not be accepted.
All prevailing conditions applicable to tenders in Irrigation and Public works Departments are applicable to this tender also.

1. വിതരണക്കാർ സർക്കാർ/അർദ്ധസർക്കാർ സ്ഥാപന ങ്ങൾക്ക് പോളിമർ റോപ്പ് ഗാബിയോൺ വലകൾ കൊുള്ള കൂടുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുൻ പരിചയം തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ താണ്. വിതരണക്കാരുടെ ഉൽപ്പാദകർ പോളിമർ ഗാബിയോൺ കൂടുകളുടെ നിർമ്മാണത്തിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 5 വർഷത്തെ പ്രവൃത്തി പരിചയവും നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വിജയകരമായി വിതരണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയവരുമായിരിക്കണം.

3. വിതരണക്കാർ സാമ്പിളിനൊപ്പം ടെസ്റ്റ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കേതാണ്. ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിന് ആവശ്യമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്ന പക്ഷം മറ്റ് ഏതെങ്കിലും ഏജൻസിയെ കൊ് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
