കേരള ഭൂജല വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ /മെഷിനറികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി യഥാർത്ഥ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ അവരുടെ അംഗീകത വിതരണക്കാർ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .

The tender should be superscribed with tender number and name of the items each in separate sealed cover, addremed to the Director, Ground Water Depart- ment, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P.O.,Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala State, Pin-695003. Latetenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 30-11-2007 at 3 p . m . in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Sale of tender forms will start with effect from 15-11-2007, 11 a.m. and will be closed at 1 p . m . on 30-11-2007 , The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 2 p . m. on 30-11-2007,
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറ മണിയോർഡറായോ (തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല ) അടച്ച് നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ/ അവരുടെ് അംഗീകത ഏജൻറുമാർ / വിതരണക്കാർ എന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റം സഹിതം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഡയറക്‌ടർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ്" , അമ്പലമുക്ക" , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 3 ngm വിലാസത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . മർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈകമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . പുരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്‌സൻ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ഓരോ വകകൾക്കും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം കവറുകളിൽ മുദ്ര ചെയ്ത‌ത്‌ ഓരോ കവറിലും ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഏന് വകുകൾക്ക് ഉളളതാണെന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറകൺ, ஆனல വകുപ്പ് , ജലവിജഞാനവൻ, അമ്പലമുക്ക് , കവടിയാർ പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -ട്ട് എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിൽ 30-11-2007-ന് ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിക്കുമുമ്പായി എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . താരസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസു കൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ‌വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മുദ് വച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-11-2007 വൈകിട്ട് 3 മണിക്ക സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
Intending tenderers may give application to the Director, Ground Water Department , Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala State, Pin-695 003 to obtain the requisite tender forms . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a Cash remittance /Money Order in favour ofThe Director, Ground Water Department , Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram-695 003 at the price fixed for a tender form/ set of forms and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques , Drafts or Postal Orders will not be sccepted towards the cost of tender forms . No tender form will be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be ioued on payment . An Earnest Moncy Deposit of 1% of the total value has to be submitted along with the tender offer.
An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50(RupeesFifty only) shouldbe submitted with each tender form . Stamp Paper willbe supplied outside Kerala with tender form on payment of Rs. 75 (Rs . 50 for stamp paper and Rs. 25 for postal and incidental charges ) which may be remittedby money order along with cost of tender forms .
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 15-11-2007.m റാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക്" തുടങ്ങി 30-11-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഓരോ ദർഘാസി നൊപ്പവും 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെൻറ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികളിലേക്ക മുദ്രപ്പത്രം നൽകുന്ന തിലേക്ക് 75 മണിയോർഡറായി ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്. വിലയോടൊപ്പം ഇതിൽ 25 രൂപ പോസ്‌ററൽ പാർജ്ജിനാണ് . ചെക്കുകൾ , ദാർഡറുകൾ, ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്‌ററുകൾ മുതലായവ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല , ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1 % ദർഘാസിന്റെകൂടെ സർപ്പാ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം ഡയറക്‌ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ദ്‌ഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധി ദിനമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ അടുത്തപ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
All Government rules prevailing will be appli- cable to the tender . Due to any reason if the tender openingday is declared as a holiday , the tenders will beopened on the next working day. The Director is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons thereof.
