SHORT TENDER NOTICES

No. $1-7078/2007 /AVC .

Scaled competitive tenders are invited for the Supply of following items to the Department of Agadatantra Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram .
Tenders should be superscribed " Supply of animal feed " addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p.m. on 30-11-2007. The late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders willbe opened at 3.30 p . m. on 30-11-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruva- nanthapuram obtained tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form shouldbe accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 440 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tendeı forms will be closed at 1 p . m . on 30-11-2007 . Cheque, Postal Order etc. will notbe accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall sead an addition d amount of Rs. 50 by money order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender for.n if required will be issued at Rs. 220 per copy.
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1 % of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2008. The Principal , Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലെ അഗദതന്ത്ര വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 31-7-2008 വരെ ചുവടെ കാണിച്ചി ദിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില :
ഒറിജിനൽ രൂപ 440 .
ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ്രൂപ 220 .
ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്തത് 30-11-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണി വരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 -ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ കാരണവശാലും വിൽപ്പന 30-11-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫാറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ദർഘാസ ഫാറത്തിൻ മണിയോർഡറായി വിലയേക്കാ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ താകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2008 വരെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ മാററം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % (ഒരു ശനുമാനം) നിത്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത് ഡ്രാഫ്റും കേരള സംസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എവിടെ നിന്നെങ്കിലും വാങ്ങിയ 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കററും ഹാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരു ടെൻഡറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാരത നിമസിക്കുവാനോ മാറ്റിയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവെദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും .

" 0" അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30-m درصد സുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 10.12-2008 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫാറങ്ങൾ തപാരി മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു .ദു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-31-7-2008 അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ മാറ്റം താകുന്നു. വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധന os தெேമൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരത ( ദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽപേരിൽ എടുത്ത (ഡാഫറും 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്‌ഥാന മുപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരു കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉളള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത മായിരിക്കും .
